Slava & Anztoli did a great job, they even replace my vent and hose. They also showed me how to keep my hose clean. Would highly recommend them!!

Arrived on time, very happy with our service. Have used this company three times now, twice for dryer vent and once for AC vents. Orlando is very communicative and easy to schedule appointments with. Will continue to use them!

The technician came on time and did a very thorough job cleaning our vents. He was careful with his equipment as he carried it up the two flights of stairs that we have. The vents were put back in their place and the whole process took a little over an hour. I was happy with the service and will use again!

The service at Chutemaster is stellar. An agent always contacts you immediately, and a qualified technician is at your door performing impeccable service. My dryer vent was in serious trouble. I had a bird nesting in the outside vent. My technician spotted the problem, and spent a good portion of the morning clearing the entire vent out, and placing a cover over the area. It is a year later and I have no trouble with the vent. My dryer is like brand new.

I highly recommend this wonderful company.

Impressed with Chute Master Environmental

Slava and Matt did a great job on the chutes in our apartment. Very thorough cleaning and even gave us tips on how to keep the chutes as clean as possible going forward - run the dryer on quick fluff! Thanks guys!

Amazing customer service! Slav & Matt handled my dryer service quickly and thoroughly. Slav even took a few minutes to show me some things to watch out for in between cleanings. Thanks so much!!

Slava & Matt were amazing when they came to our apartment this afternoon! They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They even comforted my dog when he was nervous about the noise. Highly recommend!

Jerzy came on time and did a very good job cleaning our gas dryer duct vents. Orlando was extremely helpful in setting up our appointment. I've highly recommended Chutemaster to my family and friends.

Slava & Matt were wonderful and so helpful when cleaning the dryer vent in my apartment. They were knowledgeable and helped ensure I knew how to prevent build up in my dryer for the future. 10/10! Thanks guys!

Had my air ducts cleaned.
When I first called the office, Orlando was very nice, and took his time explaining the process.
The technician was very thorough and did a great job.
I will definitely use their services again.

Fantastic Service!
The scheduler Bill followed up with me a day prior to the service, just to go over the details again. The crew arrived on time. They explained the process to me and were exceptionally careful when moving furnature and cleaning up when they were finished.
Bill even follwed up with me after the service was complete to answer a few questions I had.
This is the way service companies should operate.
I highly recommend ChuteMaster & will certainly use them in the future.

Slava and Matt from ChuteMaster serviced my entire apartment complex in Watertown, MA. Slava especially took the time to explain the dryer cleaning service and its importance re: safety of the unit and the building as a whole. Both Slava and Matt were very courteous and mindful of the brief noise from their equipment. I'd highly recommend these two from ChuteMaster.

Everyone that works here is pleasant to deal with and very professional. Arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning of all vents in my house. Carefully removed vents and carefully moved around the house. I also had my dryer vent cleaned and I was shocked at how clogged it was with lint! We can definitely feel a difference in the air quality in our home. I highly recommend.

The technician, Jerzy, arrived on time and did a very thorough and efficient cleaning job of the air ducts and dryer vents. He's very personable, friendly and easy to work with. He always does excellent work. I highly recommend this technician. I have been hiring Chutemaster for air duct/dryer vent cleaning for over 5 years. I've never been dissappointed with their service and will continue to hire them for years to come.

Have been using ChuteMaster for 7 years, always on time for appointments, pay attention to detail and do a very thorough job. Slava and Matt bring any issues they find with dry vents and duct work to our attention.

Great Service from Slava and Matt!! There were personable, super professional and very knowledgeable in their trade... Two certified professionals who did a great job servicing my dryer and helping to return it to a safe state...

Jason from ChuteMaster cleaned my dryer vent today, he was very knowledgeable and informative. I was shocked by the amount of debris in the vent and impressed that Jason took the extra time to ensure that the dryer vent was clear. ChuteMaster will definitely be my go to company for regular cleanings.

I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the service I received from Jason and Junior of Chutemaster today. I had used a different company last year, and what a difference in customer service. Jason explained everything to me in clear terms, and went out of his way to throw in a few corrections (at no extra charge) to some of the duct work that had been done by the previous company. I really appreciated all the information that Jason provided, unlike the previous company, that didn't provide any information at all. I'll definitely be using Chutemaster again.
