Just had Jason from Chute Master come by today for dryer vent cleaning, and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Jason was professional and thorough with the cleaning and then even took time going over how I can best use/maintain my dryer system. Excellent service and excellent person to get the service from.

Also want to appreciate Curtis - he handled all the scheduling and made the whole process as streamlined as possible. Thankful to have worked with great people from the beginning to end of the full service.

Scheduled dryer vent and HVAC cleaning. From the moment they arrived Jason and Gabriel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jason took the time to review everything with me and explain and answer any questions I had. Gabriel immediately got to work and took care of everything in record speed and efficiency. If I could give zero stars to this company I would. At the end of September, they came to perform dryer vent cleaning on my apartment building. Days later, we began to experience the unpleasant smell of our downstairs neighbors laundry detergent venting into our apartment through our dryer. After some back and forth with our HOA, they finally agreed to come out on November 11th to fix the issue. They said they would arrive during a certain time frame, so I made sure that I dropped what I was doing to get home so I would be there at the scheduled time. When I got home, I was told they had arrived early and left as they “couldn’t wait”. Annoying, but I was able to get rescheduled for another day (Nov 18). The techs came out and installed something in our duct to stop the smell from happening. After they left, the duct was visibly coming out of the ceiling. I emailed them on Nov 21st to address the damage. Did not receive a reply, so I followed up on December first and was told first that they can’t fix it, and when I questioned why they could not fix damage that they caused, I was told that a manager needed to be consulted and I would hear back on the 8th. The 8th came and went, so I followed up on the 10th and the 16th, and was completely ignored. Never received a response. Finally, my husband called the company and was told that they will not address the damage. I’d recommend staying far away from this company unless you want multiple issues that didn’t exist prior to their “service” and enjoy being ignored.

Chutemaster serviced my building in Feb. 2026. Luis and Fiorella were the techicians doing the work and I cannot express how truly exceptional they were. They were highly professional, very detailed and thorough. As a Building Superintendant I regularly deal with many contractors in various trades. To date, this was the best service interaction I've had after 10 years in the building industry. Chutemaster has earned my respect and highest recommendation.

This company just outsources its cleaning crew from other independent companies in the area. The cleaning is inconsistent because you are ultimately dealing with different companies and employees each time.

I have used this company for move out cleans for a few rental properties and was satisfied a few times. However the owner that took over the company is not as good as the old one and does not maintain a high standard of cleaning or reviews the cleaners work.

Area that are often missed include inside cabinets, drawers, fridges, ovens, doors, and baseboards. Typical items that should be addressed with a move out clean.

During the last clean the my floors were left stained because they used dirty mop water on all floors instead of switching out the water. They also broke my toilet seat and dumped the dirty soapy water on my back stairs

The owner doesn’t know how to communicate. He sends generic AI generated email responses when i email him with issues and he doesn’t leave voicemails when he tries to call you.

Cleaners are great but terrible management who text bombed my personal phone while I was on vacation just for leaving my honest feedback (and being quite respectful at that!) I would avoid.
