I wish I could call Serve Pro for all of the problems in my life!!! They came out with a crew and got right to work when my basement was extremely flooded. The crew never took a break and turned a disaster into a perfect scene.

Very professional. They came to my house, inspected the situation and installed their machines where necessary. They worked neatly, carefully and professionaly. They answered all my questions and were very patient in explaining the details of what they were doing.

ServPro of Union City arrived right on time, did an expert needs assessment, isolated the flooded area and dried everything with heaters, air purifiers, and de humidifiers. They worked closely with my insurance company. I gave them 5 stars for excellent customer service.

they came right away and cleaned our basement very quickly. They got rid of the affected carpet and cut and removed the damp sheetrock. They left the area neat and clean. I would recommend them.

Amazing job!!!! Emmanuel pays so much attention to detail. You couldn't even tell a partial wall was put up!!!! They matched the paint perfectly and cleaned up. Emmanuel even swept up debris on the street! My property was very well taken cared of.

My fully-stocked basement freezer stopped working and we did not know it. It was a disgusting mess!!! Alvaro and Kevin could not get it up the cellar stairs without opening the freezer 😳🤢😱 and removing the door. They did a GREAT job. The office staff, Jamie and Annabel, are friendly, patient, and helpful. I will recommend them highly and will be calling them again soon.

Great Service! We had a water issue in our kitchen over the weekend. ServPro arrived quickly, on time and immediately began getting our kitchen cleaned up. I had no idea what steps needed to be taken to remedy our situation, thankfully they were here. They cleaned up - removed damaged areas (where mold could grow) and set up their equipment. Their service was outstanding - called in advance of every visit, professional crew and explained everything that would happen during these few days.

I am writing on behalf of my grandmother who does not have a Google account: Servpro was extremely professional and responsive both times I needed them due to flooding and sewage backups in my basement. They were at my house within an hour after I called them and they finished the job quickly. The workers were all very kind and courteous. i had a water heater that needed to be replaced and water was leaking everywhere. An area of my downstairs carpeting was soaked so I called SERVPRO. They were extremely nice and were able to come out within 24 hours. They explained everything and how long it would take to remove the damaged carpet ahead of time and they were true to their word. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
