The type of service was biological cleanup. There was a death and their was some material left behind. A gentleman from Servpro came out and did a complete survey of the situation and described what would be done for cleanup. A two man team came out and cleaned the 2 rooms involved and removed removed contaminated items. They even moved the furniture to remove the carpet and underpadding. They used a HEPA filter while working in the rooms to prevent particle from being spread thought out the apartment. They were fast and did an excellent job of cleaning. I hope I never need to use them again but if I have to, I know who I will be calling.

Team Spinner saved the day! Both of my sump pumps died simultaneously flooding my finished side of the basement the day before NYE. They arrived on the scene in record time and were friendly, efficient and productive. They made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend them.

The team arrived on time and quickly got to work once we walked through the project. They explained what they were going to do and what cleaning processes they were using. The team were very respectful and notified me when they were going on break and for how long. The basement never looked better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Pouring rain this morning and they’ve got their guy in the green car rolling down Route 22 with no headlights on you can barely even see the vehicle. Not exactly a great look.

In New Jersey it’s “wipers on, lights on” (N.J.S.A. 39:3-47), so if your wipers are running and your headlights aren’t on, you’re literally breaking the law.

Hope the rest of their work shows more attention to detail than their driving.

Another fantastic job by SERVPRO - Team Spinner (Union, NJ)!

Very impressed and happy with SERVPRO - Team Spinner’s work in my condominium during the spring/summer 2024, I engaged them again for additional work in my condo this year.
Briefly, during 2024 SERVPRO took care of damage in 2 ceilings from leaks (removal and reconstruction) in my master bedroom and laundry room; and painted those 2 rooms plus my other bathroom. (Refer to my prior review [below] for more detail.)
This year SERVPRO - Team Spinner painted my living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, hallway closet and 2 bedrooms including closets; removed carpets and replaced with laminate flooring in my 2 bedrooms including the closets as well as the hallway closet; replaced closet doors in my guest bedroom and hallway closet; installed better and brighter ceiling lights (kitchen, hallway, laundry room and master bedroom walk-in closet); changed all outlets (including 3 GFI outlets in the kitchen), light switches, with new covers; replaced wall vent covers.
Excellent work product by a very skilled, efficient and friendly team, with work completed in 4 days (March 10th – Mar13th). At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up and removed all materials for disposal.

My thanks and gratitude to Team Spinner consisting of Construction manager Chris Alexander (excellent leadership and coordination with me), “the fab 4” team who did the work – Walter, Alberto, Kelvin, Franklin, and Construction coordinator Katelynn who handled administrative matters. I also received a visit from Territory manager, Anthony Haney to see how the work was progressing.

This review is for SERVPRO of Central Union County (NJ) for services performed by their Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services (Mountainside, NJ) and Residential & Commercial Construction Services (Union, NJ).
During the spring/summer, I had leaks in my master bedroom bathroom ceiling and laundry room ceiling the source of which were from the condominium above me. (The owner of that condo repaired the leaks.) This required for my condominium removal of both ceilings & insulation, cleaning, disinfecting and inspecting for mold; followed by reconstruction of these ceilings including insulation and painting. I also requested SERVPRO to paint both rooms as well as another bathroom (not impacted by the leaks), plus a few other tasks (light switch & outlet changes, ceiling fan replacement, vent replacement, installation of door knobs and towel rods).
SERVPRO’s work was spectacular! This is a very professional and customer-centric organization. Every SERVPRO employee who I spoke with over the telephone and who entered my home were polite, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to speak with. The administrative aspects of this job was done quite well and timely, with appointments/scheduling set up; estimates provided & reviewed; authorizations to perform the work obtained; invoicing and payment. My home was kept neat with floor coverings; rooms being repaired were sealed off; and all debris was removed each time they finished for the day. They continually showed me what was accomplished during the cleaning and reconstruction phases. I also received calls from an administrator and construction manager inquiring how the work was going, and again from the manager when the work was completed. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of SERVPRO’s work. All involved demonstrated excellent skills and workmanship during the removal/cleaning and reconstruction/painting phases.
I plan to engage SERVPRO again in the future. I highly recommend SERVPRO!
