Constraction reviews in Waldwick, New Jersey

After a family friend recommended CRS, we replaced our roof. We had a wonderful experience. We got bids from several companies, and we chose CRS because of the recommendations and cost. It's hard to say enough about CRS. Fernando and his crew met their commitments. They did an excellent job with the roof. Communication was excellent before, during, and after installation. Thank you for a great experience!

The person I spoke to was very honest and helpful when it came time to discuss the cost and how much you get for your money. As soon as the problem was confirmed I received an estimate for the repair. The repair was finished the next day. An invoice with the same price as quoted was quickly issued. The best roofing contractor in town will be my first choice once again.

Trent was a very responsive person. He gave me an estimate as soon as he arrived and the work was completed quickly. He was very communicative, and friendly. He was also the only company I met that was willing to repair the roof. The other companies offered only a roof replacement $$$... Providing our roof does NOT leak again during winter, we will be very satisfied!

D was very easy to work. We needed new roofing and siding. He helped us submit our claim and then walked us through what to do when we learned that it was covered. The crew sent to the house for the roof did a good job, however they left a lot nails lying around in the yard. This meant that we had to clean the yard thoroughly. The crew we worked with on our siding was fantastic! D was called out to look at our concern as soon as the work was completed. He has contacted us multiple times to check on our satisfaction. He is very attentive to his customers.
