I had water in my basement from one of the rainstorms, I called Servpro and they came out immediately. They were professional and did a wonderful job!!!! I would highly recommend them.

SERVPRO Northwest Bergen did an incomplete clean-up job and ONLY after 2( two) weeks give NJMI an "estimate" full of mistakes and very low !
After that, they never answer my Emails and calls. They practically refuse to do the reconstruction job or give me a date to finish the job. The SERVPRO person on the phone on Sept.16 ,2022 said : "We will call you...IF or WHEN we have an opening... "! They are interested ONLY in BIG JOBS !
Very dishonest company (SERVPRO Northwest Bergen) !

Promised to complete a job they were sent to do thru my insurance company. All they did was demolish half the walls, set up fans and charged 4,700.00. Now I have a completely torn up basement and they want to charge 14k more to put up sheet rock.

Ask for Felix and Alex! They cleaned my entire basement after the sewer main backed up, so it was disgusting. They take pride in their work and are extremely professional. I cannot recommend Serv-pro highly enough.

Serv-pro got back with me the Sunday I learned about leak in my first floor ceiling. They have their crew by Tuesday, opened the ceiling and wall, got fan and antimicrobial going. They have one team that wasn’t up to par but Charlie sent a different team that was excellent. Kara was very helpful.
