The SERVPRO team that came to my house to clean up after a major flood in my basement did an outstanding job from start to finish! They were so thorough and handled all of our personal items with care. Every team member that I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them!

They were prompt, efficient, personable, and through the entire process, went out of their way to communicate clearly with us every step of the way. Equally important was their rate was far less than any other rate that was quoted. If you are ever in the unfortunate position to have to deal with water flooding, these are the guys to call!

I had the opportunity to have ServPro work on my basement twice within two months. Their work was great however one day after they picked up the last items they had left behind and my hot water heater broke and damaged everything they had just completed so I had to make a new claim. Sucks for me but they did what they were contracted to do

At the recommendation of my local Fire Department we called ServPro to help us after a fire caused significant damage to our home. I called my insurance company at 3 am and ServPro was there at 9 am to help us. As you can imagine we were still in a state of shock and had no idea what to do. The crew's manager Ever was the absolute best! He was very professional and helped me understand the process of how things will go. They did a good job with the demo and cleanup and now we are waiting on our valuation report/estimate of damage and cost to rebuild. Servopro of Bergen county did a great job on repairing the water damage in my house. From the beginning to the end they were very professional. Repaired walls, painted walls, replaced all moldings, and the flooring as needed. I recommend them for anyone having any water damage in your house.

The crew was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, careful, and pleasant. At the end of the day, Dino reviewed what he had completed, answered all my questions and updated me on what to expect next.

Our second floor washing machine had the front-load door pop open when it was full. The water soaked the bedroom and hallway carpets, and leaked down to the dining room. Our insurance company called in ServPro to do the demo. Dino and his team came almost immediately, remediating the carpet, baseboards and sheetrock quickly and drying the house out with 27 fans and dehumidifiers. The demo team was so great, we hired ServPro to do the rebuild, too. Wayne was effective at estimating the job and negotiating to get it all covered by our insurance. Jean and Francisco did a fabulous job replacing the sheetrock and repainting all the affected rooms. The cleanup job done by Dino and Francisco left my house shining! I highly recommend ServPro of Northwest Bergen for their effective communication, promptness, thoroughness and attention to detail. They were careful, meticulous and very nice to work with under such stressful conditions.

Servpro was outstanding. At my house within the hour and got to work cleaning up and drying out my basement from a Hot Water tank leak. Dave Frese was my project manager and Jeff who was at my house everyday with workers to cleanup, pack up my basement and take my stuff to storage, both were great to work with and made sure that I was kept in the loop on all that was going on.
