These guys are awesome. My boiler broke down on a Sunday Evening in the middle of January. DB's owner Rob got on the phone with me right away and used Facetime to get the boiler restarted. He then sent a guy to my house the next day to replace the faulty part. You can't go wrong with DB, they get the job done! Highly recommend.

Very responsive team. Rob called me back immediately. Heat and hot water wasn’t working. Was at the house in 30 mins. Diagnosed the issue and replaced the entire unit the next day!! That’s unheard of! We use DB for all our needs. Highly recommend!

I've had a maintenance plan with DB for several years. They kept my ancient AC system running, and never pressured me into getting a new system. They installed a whole new AC system and ductwork in May 2024, and everything has been good so far.

DB was quick to repond & provided excellent, professional service. Our heat stopped working during a snow storm. Rob was at our house within half an hour of my call. He had a crew at our house the next morning & a new furnace installed by the afternoon!

Rob was fantastic. My AC fan stopped spinning on a 90 degree Sunday afternoon. Rob was here within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed within an hour from when I first noticed it. Highly recommend him for any issues !

Rob & his crew solved a problem we had been dealing with for over a year in just a one hour boiler check. Our previous boiler company improperly installed a brand new boiler and could not figure out how to fix it after several attempts. Rob was referred to us by a neighbor. He came out quickly and walked through what the problem was. He fixed the problem in an hour visit. Our year old boiler is finally working properly for the first time thanks to Rob! Highly recommend!

Look no further for any Heating/Cooling needs! My HVAC system went out Tuesday, Rob provided an estimate Wednesday and the unit was installed Friday. Mark, Allan, and Adam are three of the nicest technicians you will ever meet. Extremely neat, knowledgeable, professional, and personable! Rob took the time to explain in detail the answers to the many questions I had.

They have proactively changed out my air-conditioning system, and patiently kept my aging heating system operational. They are neat and clean and even wear "booties" over their shoes when they come into your home. THE BEST!

Needed an emergency service call the day before a snowstorm. Just as in our past experiences, Rob and his crew shined. I will never use anyone else.

I never post bad reviews, but had a very negative experience with this company. My air conditioning died on a 90 degree day. I called the day before to schedule something, and the following morning I was told that I would have a service visit that day between 2-3pm. By 3pm, no one had showed up (or called to say they would be late) so I contacted the office and was told that no one would be able to fix my air conditioning that day because the tech was still at other home and he ends his day at 4pm. I was then told that I would need to wait until tomorrow morning. Meanwhile, it was 90 degrees out and I have two young children. The scheduler was unapologetic, negative and defensive (“I can’t control how long a job takes…”). I would never use DB for any heating or cooling emergency as they are not reliable.

I really wanted to like a local company. Unfortunately this company is not for me.
I needed someone to take a look at my AC which was not working correctly. They made an appointment 5 days out which was frustrating. I had a time slot between 10-11 and by 11:15 no one showed up. When I called, the person on the phone did not want to be bothered and told me the technician was still on his other job and he would be to me when he was done.
At 12:15 I was given an update by the driver. He finally showed up at about 12:45. Why have a window when you're not going to abide by it.
The technician was very nice and informative. Unfortunately, he raced through everything and blamed my issues on the heat wave we were going through and a hot attic. He suggested an attic fan and said their company could do it.
I called to schedule an installation of the attic fan. Once again, the man on the phone could not be bothered. He seemed frustrated and told me he would call me back the next day. 6 days later I have not heard anything.
Will never do business with them again.
I now need to have a second company and technician come because my unit is still not working correctly.

These guys are the absolute BEST at what they do! If I could give them 100 stars I would - we used to have nothing but problems with our central AC until we found DB. They fixed every issue that the other guys left us with - and now we have a perfectly running unit that keeps our house cool and comfortable. Rob and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and timely! Thank you DB!

I reached out to Rob in the morning, and a few hours later he was at my house. He said it would be installed on Friday. It was installed on Friday.
Rob's crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they quickly removed the old unit. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong unit from the distributor, and ultimately one of Rob's crew went and picked up the correct units to complete the job. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and an overall great experience.

These guys are great. They responded very quickly; the owner, Rob, even came to our place free of charge to evaluate our condenser, which we really appreciated. They were very responsive and found time to look at our system within 24 hours. We’re going to continue to use DB Cooling. Especially since the last company we used tried to scam us into a completely new system, these guys saved us thousands of dollars just by being honest and professional. Can’t thank them enough! It’s hard to find professionals to trust; you can trust them.
