My furnace was working for like 10 seconds and then cutting out. The service rep came out, looked at it, tried it a couple times and then nailed the problem just by the sound it was making. The permanent fix was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, so the rep suggested a stop gap measure I could do myself until nicer weather allowed for a permanent solution.

Completely unprofessional. Had some guy come out for an estimate, said he would have a price in two days with a formal proposal, could not get him on the phone for over a month. The phones are mostly turned over to an answering service. after constant badgering to the answering service about receiving a callback from someone I received a call and got an estimate( for 5k more than originally quoted verbally) and his only reason for not responding was " I've been busy". Take your business somewhere else.

Rob and the entire staff at DB did a great job. They were knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the company.

DB installed a new HVAC system for me. The owner was helpful in recommending improvements, the price was right, the installers were efficient and nice, and so far, the heat is better than with my previous system.

Very professional and reliable n clean. I needed a heater maintenance performed prior to closing on a house n they rose to the occasion. They installed the original heater n I am glad I went back to them. Will certainly call upon them again for myself n recommend to others.

This company was a pleasure to do business with, we woke up this morning and our heat wouldn't go above 63. They answered quickly and were there in a couple of hours. The tech took the time to explain what had happened and even made some suggestions on things we could do in the future to help with a temperature issue we have in the summer. Highly recommend using them for your service.

Absolutely fantastic job installing our new AC system. They were on time, courteous and incredibly clean -- did not look like anyone has been there doing any work! The price was the most competitive and the crew was trustworthy. We will be using them for all of our future AC and Heating needs

We called up DB last year because our heat was barely working. A technician came by shortly after our call to look into the problem, and he was professional, friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. The problem was that the system needed to be bled to work better, which was taken care of very efficiently. It was a comfort knowing that DB handled our problem reliably and completely. I highly recommend them!

They came June 28th and serviced our air conditioning. Same as before - - - serviced our system professionally and effectively. Very pleased! 😊

During the cold weather, they came and fixed our heating problem without any "drama". Very happy.

Very poor customer service. Quote took forever. Back office rep was very rude.

The Technicians were great though. Thorough job despite the poor support of back office.

Overall - avoid if possible. Get better support, timely quote and possibly better pricing elsewhere.

Rob of DB came to my house to provide a quote on A/C and heating. He was very professional and thorough in his process. He helped me understand more about the equipment and changed the quote to reflect my evolving preferences. He also provided a very competitive price. Through no fault of Rob’s we ended up not working together. However I can say with certainty that Rob will be on my list of contractors I would recommend for heating and cooling needs.

DB installed our AC unit years ago and we've had them back to maintain it. We've recommended them to friends who are also very happy with their excellent products & service. The BEST!!!!!
