Paul and his deal do quality work. Responsive on emails, works great with budget , timeline and good valued work. I would recommend to anyone.

Paul is very detailed and professional. His crew is courteous and does quality work. Highly recommend for any hardscaping needs.

I have been using Martoccia for 37 years starting with Tony and now with Paul. They have always been responsive and professional. I would highly recommend.

They did a landscape plan and totally re-landscaped our property. The plan was perfect. We love the end result. I highly recommend Martoccia Landscape Services.

We have been clients of Martoccia Landscaping for 40 years in Plainfield, Scotch Plains, and Tewksbury Township. They have done numerous projects for us over the years from hardscape to landscape to tree work, and not only has their outstanding work been of the highest professional quality, but extremely creative as well. Whether it’s been a long term project or an emergency situation they have been responsive and timely. We look forward to our next project with them.

We have had the pleasure and good fortune of using Martoccia Landscape Services for 16 years. Over the years, the Martoccia family and their skilled staff have completed big and small landscaping services for us with professionalism, attention to detail, and aesthetic creativity at reasonable and competitive rates. By beautifying our property and "safe haven," the Martoccias have made our lived experience in Plainfield/Scotch Plains that much more enjoyable.

Would highly recommend. Had patio taken out, regraded, and new patio installed. Final outcome was beautiful, very happy with the look & design. Very professional, hard working, crew is very nice & cleaned up each day. Won't be disappointed if you work with Paul and his team. Outstanding job.

Paul and his crew were great from start to finish. He planned the project with great design and vision in a good sketch. It helped to visualize what it will look like once everything is done. Team was sharp and completed everything as planned. Pretty flexible with the schedule as well.

Martoccia Landscape Services (MLS) did an outstanding job with our new driveway, front walkway, walkway to the backyard, patio, outdoor kitchen, landscape lighting, rock wall, water feature, and plants/bushes. They provided a great design and delivered on that design while quickly addressing any issues. We would highly recommend MLS for ANY outdoor landscape/hardscape work. We use our outdoor kitchen all of the time and love what MLS created for us.

Martoccia Landscape Services recently created several wet-laid quintessentially designed paths/walkways of cement and slate as well as a dry-laid slate retaining wall in our backyard. The results of the paths and wall are exquisite. The work reveals a creative and elegant simplicity that adds to the natural landscaping of our backyard. Paul Martoccia, the owner of the service, is very experienced, interactive, responsive, creative, and professional. His work was timely and kept to an agreed-upon schedule. His small crew of two men and one woman were a pleasure to have working at our home and were diligent and assiduous professionals who demonstrated quality workpersonship. There is no question that we will use Maroccia Landscape Services again in the future.

We have used Martoccia Landscape Services for several projects over the years and have always been impressed with their customer focus, professionalism and expertise. Projects have included general landscape and design, sprinkler installation, stonework (re-building a stone fire pit and installing a sitting wall for the patio) and fencing projects. Paul and his team made certain we were completely satisfied with each of the projects. I highly recommend Martoccia Landscape Services for comprehensive landscaping needs.

I have been a client of Paul Martoccia and his landscaping services company for over 20 years. He is super knowledgeable and responsive. When I had big time drainage issues at my house Paul was exceptional at "solutioning" a fix (outside in ground sump pump).

I recommend Paul and his company for any size property - from small to extra large.

We recently had to replace an old paver patio and have been beyond thrilled with the end product Martoccia Landscape Services provided to us. The owner Paul Martoccia is wonderful to work with, we had multiple steps and landings that didn’t create a functional outdoor space. Paul designed a new plan that created a beautiful outdoor area that we use all the time.

Paul and his team did an outstanding job installing our backyard patio back in 2020. They impressed us with his professionalism and the expertise with which he handled our project. From the very start, his crew's attention to detail was evident in their thorough grading of the property and the precision with which they laid the pavers. It was clear that they took pride in their work.

Three years later, the patio still looks as beautiful as the day it was completed. The quality of the materials (Techo-Bloc pavers) and the craftsmanship have withstood the test of time, weather, and daily use by our family. The patio has become a focal point for entertaining guests.

We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Working with Paul on this project was a decision we'll never regret, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space with quality and style.

Beautiful landscapes. Excellent work honest individuals.

Colorscapes has maintained our large trees over the last 10 years. This includes two different houses with several very old & tall trees. During superstorm Sandy several neighbors had property damage from falling trees, while we did not. I credit Colorscapes for keeping our trees healthy.

They are wonderful workers. I have witnessed them perform safely and customer service is great. Always greeting with a smile when working in hot and uncomfortable conditions. And the apartment complex ( The Dutton ) is more vibrant and smells of flora from the care of plants. Thank you again for your great service.

Schoss construction did 2 jobs for me a few years apart. The 1st was a 2 story addition which included bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen renovation, sunroom, wine room, and a wine cellar. The 2nd job was a bathroom renovation and building a study. Schoss construction started on time, finished on time, did beautiful work, was meticulous, used reliable subcontractors, provided expert advice, worked well with the architect, had friendly employees, cleaned up each day, and provided timely updates. There was no other contractor I even considered for the 2nd job since I was so happy with the first time I hired Schoss Construction. I highly recommend Schoss Construction and would use them again for my next construction job.

We did a large renovation on our home and found Ethan and his team to be wonderful to work with. They were prompt and courteous, when he said they would be there, they were. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. They are trustworthy and true craftsmen. He was good about recommendations on what is worth spending extra money on and where to save it when it counted. I would definitely hire him again.

Schoss construction did our complete renovation/rebuild in Scotch Plains NJ and we are very happy with their work. The owner (Ethan) personally overseas his projects and delivers on time and on budget. he is 100% about quality and takes pride in his work which he guarantees. We wanted to make some changes along the way and he always dug in to understand what we were looking for and did not mind changing course. He is also a strait shooter and is open and honest on his recommendations. Simply put, Schoss construction did quality work, used top notch materials and paid attention to details…. From demolition to finishing. They also recognized the importance of delivering on time. I highly recommend Schoss construction!

We had picked Schoss Construction in total house renovation in Fanwood. We were very nervous and Ethan was always on the site, available, and involved in every step during the process. We appreciated his attention to detail and great experience . We are super happy with the outcome and get people all the time coming over to our house and asking us who did our house. We have been in for several months now and would recommend Schoss to anyone who is doing a renovation!
