1 year warranty for parts and labor but they charge a service fee to come look at the equipment if their work fails, huh?

No show, no call. Called service, rescheduled for next day. Called next day to be sure arrival...told "took the night Off." Cancelled!!!!

Refrigerator call. Repairman did very little. Said if it didn't work I would have to call LG. I specifically asked for an LG repairman. Sorry I paid them anything. Never call this company.

Terrible...They cancellled. However, when I made the appointment, I got the impression that they didn't want my business so I was not surptised when they cancelled.

They cancelled twice on me. Poor reliability to count on them to come to my home. Will not trust their service.

Reliable appliance repair services. Used them several times and all have been good experiences. Repairs have been for washing machine and dryer. They do repairs for refrigerators, freezers, ice makers etc.

Called on Friday, they said that they would call back in morning at 11. I had to call them at 2pm.They called back at 4 pm. The repair person freedyup
And would be there by 6pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND THEY EVER CALLED!.
Don't waste your time with these clowns!!!!!

Called this company and made an appointment.. Two hours before they were supposed to show they rescheduled.. not a problem. They day of the new appointment no one showed up or called. Extremely unprofessional. Don't use this company!!

Service representative called me back to let me know the repair man would accept the call. They called me to let me know he was on his way. The repair man was professional courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with bills appliance repair.

Carlos, the technician showed up on time, very polite and highly skilled, he figured out right away the issue with my dryer, he ordered the replacement parts on the spot and came back two days later with the parts in hand and did the repair, awesome job, very happy and satisfied with the service, thank you very much!

This company is very poor at keeping appointments. Worse yet is they don’t give you the courtesy of a phone call to tell you they’re not coming. You have to call them the next day and re-schedule. They’re not even apologetic about not showing or not calling. Don’t waste your time making the first appointment because I could almost guarantee it won’t be your only appointment!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t show for 3 different appointments and when they did the guy was rude and told me my 5 year old refrigerator was junk and not worth fixing. He barely looked at it and charged me $90 without any diagnosis. Don’t call these people they are just in it for the $90. They are crooks!

Bill’s appliance came out to fix my refrigerator and they did a wonderful job! It didn’t take him long either !They are very professional and they know what they’re doing! I would definitely recommend them! Excellent!!

Did not even look at error code showing on LG refrigerator. Trashed LG appliances, even though LG gave us this repair facility as a recommendation. Did not attempt to diagnose the problem - just went straight to recommending the most expensive possible repair. Also rude & dismissive. Can't give enough reasons I was dissatisfied with this service call. Agree with all the recent negative reviews, especially the one about only in it for the $90.
