By far, one of the most courteous and knowledgeable individuals I've met to date in this field. His patience with all of us, including my little ones, was amazing! He guided and provided us with the necessary information to make an educated and informed decision. We were kept in the loop throughout his entire time at our home and ensured that we understood the entire process. I would highly recommend Ryan Franke and the entire ServPro of Wayne! Could not speak more highly of Chris and his crew. When you are dealing with the worst of disasters - to have Chris and his team drop in like SealTeam6 and hit the ground running putting you back together - its an incredibly impactful service. They were the best - super professional and so great to deal with knowing you are dealing with 30 other things as well at the time. I had 4 houses that needed mold remediation due to the recent storms. My contact was Melissa Moore and she was absolutely wonderful. She handled all the planning and kept on top of everything. Hopefully I don't need these services again, but if I do I will be calling Melissa!

Recently my parents had an electrical fire at their house. Freddy Gio Amil Kani and the Servpro folks came and did a fantastic job of getting their house back in order. Cleaned house from top to bottom, spotless!! And did it all in a very timely manner. Thank you so much , terrific job.

Serve pro of Wayne was a tremendous help with the work they did to my house after a flood . Mellisa Moore did an amazing job helping us through it all . She was so sweet, professional, and intelligent she really knew her stuff.

Tyler effectively managed the disposal of my water damaged apartment contents, as well as the storage of my undamaged apartment contents. Hose and Hugo exercised great care moving my apartment contents into storage and back into my renovated apartment. All ServePro personnel involved were congenial, attentive, and punctual. I was most pleased with the service I received.

Tyler was very helpful with assisting us at our VFW Post. We needed to have some odor remediation done in a room and he was very professional and solved our problem quickly. I contacted another Servpro contractor who never followed up with me. Servpro Wayne was courteous and kept me abreast of Tyler’s arrival. Extremely please with them and highly recommend them!

From beginning to end, ServPro of Wayne was professional in writing up an estimate, working with my schedule, and setting about the business of repairing the dry wall and rug that had been ruined by a split pipe. The preparation and execution of the work was highly skilled and finished in the estimated time. I now have a new basement--new dry wall, carpet and paint. They have earned my highest recommendation.

We had damage to one of our pipes in my whse it leaked all over the place. Melissa Moore from ServPro was phenomenal . She was a huge huge help was there to make sure everything was taken care of. Answered all my questions I had, and the leak was cleaned up and taken care of in know time.

Honestly you can’t go wrong with ServPro of Wayne. They responded to our call immediately and the crew was out the next day. The Wayne crew goes above and beyond on any expectations to complete the job. There work is excellent and professional. The crew was also extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable welcoming them into our home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs to their home (Fire or Water damage).

I am not quite finished with the restoration however there was extensive damage and Serve-Pro has been terrific to work with. They dealt with the insurance company directly which made everything much easier on me. Ryan (one of the managers) was very persistent and got the work approved.

Ryan Franke helped us to make the right decision on the course of action to take with our flooding and mold problem. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous, and helped us through our decision-making process. He was really a pleasure to work with. The company was great to work with and full of nice people who are willing to help.

They are very professional. I called Servpro in distress when my home flooded and in no time the office manager was able to put me on the schedule. As the guys arrived they were extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done to restore my home. They worked with my insurance company and helped me throughout the whole process. Excellent company! Unfortunately, I had a major water leak in the basement of my rental property. I contacted ServPro of Wayne. From my first phone call to my last encounter with them, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They sent out a crew within 2 hours of my phone call, even on a Saturday evening! Highly recommend them! Would definitely use them again if ever needed!

Last week I used servpro of Lenoir. Matt met me the same day USAA had contacted them he was a true professional and as a fellows veteran he assured me that my my belongings would receive the respect that a 20 year disabled veteran had earned. He is an excellent face for you company.
I met the team the next morning the lead Katie was as professional as Matt. She informed me step by step what would Happen, she was always there to let me know what was happening and she stayed working tirelessly with the other workers Ashley and Ethan. There is no way in a few words I can express how impressed I am with her work ethic that is beyond reproach.

After 20 years in the Airforce I was a shift manager at Copper Standard automotive for 11 years with 60 workers. At the same time I was a children's and youth pastor for evangel fellowship, and finding a crew as professional and hard working as this crew is next to impossible. Ashley and Ethan were like the energizer bunny " they kept going and going". I felt comfortable enough that I did not stay and they had no way of knowing when I would show up and I never could catch them slacking when I did show up!
This entire team was beyond outstanding. If I was still a supervisor or manager and came in contact with Katie I would do what I could to poach her from your company then have her help me get Ashley and Ethan.

We had an upstairs water leak which damaged downstairs ceiling, walls and carpeting. We called Servepro and they responded within 24 hrs. All of the supervisors and crews from removal to restoration were great to deal with. They were professional, efficiently, and totally cleaned up as they worked. We would not hesitate to use Servepro again and will recommend them to others.

Can't say enough great things about Tyler W and his crew! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and always available to give us updates on the water remediation process. Bathroom had a burst pipe and a flood... Tyler was a pleasure to deal with, and he went out of his way to answer questions and keep us posted on each step along the way..
