We chose Monello to help us with our backyard makeover design and they were a joy to work with. They made time to meet with us multiple times, going over every little detail. We never felt rushed, even though we made tweaks and changes to the plan many times. They were responsive to all of our questions and they made sure to explain everything clearly so that we were all on the same page. They were transparent on what everything was going to cost and made sure the design worked within our budget.

For over a year, my wife and I debated replacing an old spa or covering it all together. We ultimately decided to cover it, and after getting a few quotes, ultimately decided to go with Monello. They came out to look at the job the day after I originally reached out. And through the pandemic, they were communicating with me, and were on time with their original timeline. Giving a bad review because employees are supposed to be your advertisement, and I can tell these reviews aren't about your employees. Me and another car almost got ran off the road today by one of their drivers earlier today by the off ramp of 287 in haskell, just so they can get to a job. I can understand rushing so you don't finish your day late, but you make the company look bad by driving with no concern about your surroundings. Don't call this company for the sake of everyone on the road🙏

We switched to Monello a few years ago and couldn't be happier! Our landscaping looks great thanks to them! The entire staff there is so easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Never used their service but one of their drivers was so impatient he tried to run me off the road.

You're crazy drive tried running my self and a small white car of the road at 9pm Saturday night on rt 23 north because he need yo get to a condo entrance just after Walmart in Riverdale

I cannot speak highly of how professional Dale and his team were. I just moved to the town and I had a bunch of leaves on my property and I blew them all in the corner and I just didn’t have time to pick them up so I was able to call Dale. He picked up right away, came over and was able to clean them up in less than 30 minutes.

I would recommend this guy and his team over and over again just for him to actually pick up the phone during this time of the year speaks volumes for how he treats his business.

Reckless Driving , the drivers of this company don't respect the Stop Signs ,in the area of Ryerson Ave. Wayne, where they keep their trucks . Almost two accidents have occurred, they are not stopping in the stop sign. This is a community fill with kids and hard working people that commute early in the morning. PLEASE MAKE YOUR DRIVERS AWARE OF THIS SITUATION.

Mike and his crew show up when they say they will and do a professional Job. Mike planted new shrubs and plants for the front of our house. He Also He planted 10 Green giant Arbovitaes in our backyard, placing them to improve privacy with our neighbors. We are satisfied and happy customers. Thank you Mike!
