My grass was looking good, then I called True green three months ago, with the last application of two weeks ago, they over applied the application. My lawn is a disaster, it has bare spots everywhere now and looks like it needs a reseeding and for me to start all over again. I would say 20% of the grass was destroyed from their last application. here are some pics

I guess all is well for now. Today is the first day I received the aeration and seeding service. However, nothing was done to cover the seeds after the service was complete. The birds and squirrels are going to have a field day and eat up the seeds!

Worse customer service, My lawn is full of weeds, and they killed part of my main lawn, and customer service are not getting back any more. Do not take chances with your lawn, and save yourself headaches. I

Great service. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable technicians. I've been using the service for a few years now and have not had any problems. Lawn looks better than ever.

First time using them and they did not disappoint. Got constant updates on the status of the tech and he arrived right when they said he would. Service was quick and easy. Solving my lawn issues is going to take some time but I think we are headed in the right direction. .

TruGreen killed half of my lawn after a weed application. Those grass turned from green to yellow. I called and complained. They sent someone to evaluate, but did nothing at all. I had to replant half of my lawn by my own. I would give zero star if I could. The worst experience ever.

Says lawn care completed while I was at the house and no one even came. They even sent me a detailed report lying about what they used. I have cameras showing no one came. I coordinated with the landscaper and sprinkler guy to make sure it was all done. I called them back and they said they apologize and someone will come back in 30 min. I drove 45 minutes back to the property and waited for hour and half just to call back and next person tell me no one was coming and that I had to now wait 3 days. Wasted my entire day. If I hadn’t been at the property randomly when they said they completed the treatment would have never know. They lied. Have cameras up these guys at thieves. Best part is my app now says that i completed 2/4 services for the year when i ordered the service last week and 0/4 have been done. Now gotta call back again … such a waste.

I had been a loyal customer for two years, but during my June service they sent a new technician who completely destroyed my lawn — he burned and killed all of my beautiful, healthy green grass. What followed was an absolute nightmare. Their office has zero communication with their technicians, so every time someone showed up, they had no idea what was going on or what needed to be fixed. I spent months chasing them down for answers, and it wasn’t until October that they finally came back — only to do a halfhearted “fix” that didn’t work at all. My lawn is still ruined. I ultimately had to cancel my contract and hire another company to repair the damage they caused.
A lawn care company that can’t even fix grass — unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Tru Green delivered their promise of customer satisfaction. They sent a nice guy Ulises a few months ago before and today 9/13/24 it is Elijah to my property and addressed our areas of concern, part of our mosquito defense contract with them.
He followed instructions and ask us all the ares that needs treatment. He covered everything that we expected done. Thank you for a job well done!

I've been a true green customer for over 8 years . There's been some hit or miss technicians but the one time that I was able to catch one tech I had a pleasant conversation with him. Very professional and corteous. I've also do aeration and for the most part they've been pretty good but this last one was exceptionally done well . Very impressed . Overall my lawn is well taken care off . My neighbors always comments on how green it looks , one of the best lawn in the block . Thanx true green

Definitely price gouging during the storm

Used them for a few jobs. They are always professional and safe.

Was referred by someone who knows them personally. Never got a return call. Unprofessional, lazy, too big for there britches. Do not bother with these people.

Excellent job for a great price. The crew was very friendly. Had 3 trees taken down and another trimmed a bit. They were done before lunch. Highly recommend these guys

These tree butchers came to my townhouse development yesterday and hacked two limbs off my Blue Atlas Cedar before I could tell them to stop. Apparently the management company hired them. One of the branches they at least cut properly, the other they hooked with their pole saw and yanked it off, not cutting it but literally breaking the limb. They also trimmed many of the ornamental trees in common areas leaving some of them looking like a terrible deciduous version of Charlie Brown’s Xmas tree. I’m tying desperately to find a house so I can move out this townhouse development and I will be sure to never ask Adirondack Tree service for help with my trees.

Scott one of the owners, is they're crane operator. Scott is more like a surgeon. I was very impressed with his work. Bill the other owner, the 1st person you'll likely meet also very professional and a really nice guy. 2 thumbs up!

I met with Bill last week. He came to my home and we went over all the things that needed to be done. He was so very nice and professional. He gave me an honest opinion and suggestions regarding trees around my house that I was concerned about. He gave me a detailed written proposal that day which was excellent. They came today and did all the work which included taking down a couple of trees, grinding stumps, trimming up multiple trees with broken and low branches, cutting and removing 2 trees that had fallen, and pruning multiple decorative trees.
They did an absolutely wonderful job! Everything was cleaned up and left beautiful.
I would highly recommend Aderondack without hesitation!

Bill and his team did a great job of removing 12 dead trees from my backyard. It was not an easy job and all had to be done by hand, but the crew clearly knew what they were doing and finished up in a few hours. Excellent job for a great price, and I highly recommend these guys
