100% happy and satisfied. It took a while for them to get to my house to removed downed trees. In fairness there was a major storm with tons of trees down. But at no point, of all the times I called the office, was anyone there nothing but cordial. Always polite. The crew that showed up were the same. The most honest quote and time it would take for removal by far! The job took them a little over 2 hours (including a great clean up) for a 4 man crew. Another company said it would take them 7 men and a full day. Honest, polite and good clean work. I highly recommend NJTS.

Had a tree fall on my property and damage my shed, the people at North Jersey Tree Specialist were phenomenal. Called, came right over, then next day they were doing the work.
Some companies make your bad situation more frustrating but I must say this company cares and helps through that.

I've used Rich and his team twice in the past year. Each time they were highly communicative and quoted me incredibly reasonable prices for the quality of work. There can oftentimes be stickershock when getting quotes from these companies, but for the amount of time, expertise, equipment, and risk you're paying for, you'll realize you're getting a great deal. Given this, I would definitely use North Jersey Tree Specialists in the future.

The crew was highly professional and courteous. They expertly removed two massive trees from my yard with a large crane. The cleanup, including stump removal, was also nicely done. The prices are very competitive. Great job!

The entire process was simple and straight forward. All expectations were discussed thoroughly without any pushy behavior. They were the best price and were the first to provide an estimate so they weren’t trying to match a competitor, they just gave an honest cost assessment from the beginning. When they arrived the crew was very professional and quick, they also made sure to keep everything clean after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fair price, responsive, knowledgeable, led with their license and liability docs before I asked, dealt with the town permits, showed up on time, downed five 60ft+ tall dead trees and none fell on anything they shouldn't have (like my house).

Excellent work! We had a huge locust tree in a backyard, they removed it by bringing crane to the front of the house and taking the tree piece by piece over the roof! They also did an excellent job cleaning after they done. Highly recommend! See before and after photos.

Excellent and professional crew. Rich was courteous and explained everything. When an issue arose, he immediately got me to get my opinion on what I’d like to have done and how to proceed. Their main goal was my happiness with the job. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and the price was very reasonable as well. Definitely will use again in the future.

Update: Tara the owners wife kept in contact with me and they ended up covering the cost of all the repairs needed from the tree cutting next door. Thank you for making this right. Taking responsibility is an automatic 5 stars!

If you want to deal with a tree company that has integrity and will actually do the right thing, then definitely keep looking for another tree service. These clowns were cutting a large tree at my next door neighbors house. First off no one gave me any notice that this was happening so I never had the chance to cover my koi pond or my pool. The workers were literally cutting large branches off and letting them fall directly into my yard, pond and pool. My backyard and pond were destroyed with saw dust and tree branches all over the place. When I showed their worker Eric, he immediately showed remorse and assisted in cleaning up, which was a good start. I had to call my pond service and pool company right away to come clean everything. I didn’t want the pool filter getting clogged and burning out from all the sawdust. More importantly I was trying to prevent any of my expensive KOI fish from dying. When I called the office, I spoke to Tara. She seemed like she cared and agreed to cover the costs of the pond and pool company’s emergency cleaning that was performed. Now that I have the bill in hand, Tara won’t reply to any of my messages. Talk about a having a lack of integrity and pulling a scum of the earth move. I would say there are plenty of tree services that would do a much better job and also know how to properly handle a business. I despise people with zero integrity, this company is a joke. The only person who is a decent human being on their team is their worker Eric. Stay away at all costs. Contact me if you want any proof, google reviews won’t let me post videos unfortunately.

My experience started with an estimate given by Rich. He was very thorough and gave great information of what should be done with four different trees . He told me it would take about a week and a half before he could get to me And he was right on time.. I was told the crew would be there around noon On the day they were scheduled and they were right on time. The crew he sent were very courteous and willing to Please. They took their time and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this tree service for anything you need done.

They provide very good service to remove our backyard tree.Thanks so much Mrs Tara to support me for town’s permit and send the right persons on time. I would like to thanks their worker: Eric who is very good guy who tried his best to cope with my neighbor to remove our tree roots and even they cleaned our neighbor’s yard before leaving.
