Rob & his whole team at Precision Landscaping were absolutely amazing when creating our horseshoe paver driveway and beautiful landscaping! We are always receiving compliments on how wonderful everything turned out! I have recommended them to everyone I know! You won't go wrong hiring this great team!

We had what you might say was a “complicated” patio repair job that needed to be done. It needed to be taken apart partially and reset. Rob and his team managed to get it done despite us having very few leftover blocks for them to work with. I have to give a shout out to Joe, his foreman, who basically had to piece this challenging puzzle together. My only complaint would be that it took 4 months for him to get to us to do it—but he’s busy probably because he’s good at what he does. Once they started, they finished within a few days. It looks SO much better and we look forward to entertaining outdoors again this summer!

Rob and his crew were fantastic! They did fantastic work ripping out our concrete, installing new pavers, putting in a garden bed and doing our exterior lighting. Would definitely recommend!

They did beautiful work for us. We needed new planting, mulching (high good quality of that material), and gravel work. I needed some cement repair work at well. Looks great! They replanted and relocated some of our plants. Everything looks great, and the plants are growing beautifully!

Rob and the team did an incredible job on our new patio. The team was awesome, quick, clean and super nice. They did everything to not just build a beautiful patio but also help with style and ideas on how to save money and make it even better. If I had two houses I’d have rob build another one in a heartbeat.

Rob and his team were such a pleasure to work with - the entire crew was professional and reliable. Rob went out of his way to make certain that every detail (including budget) were met to my satisfaction. This was the first project that I have completed where I can honestly say I did not have to think about any of the details. From beginning to the end there was not one detail that was overlooked. The crew cleaned up and planted fresh grass seeds on every spot that the trucks ran over. Needless to say I am very IMPRESSED with everything!!!!!!!!! We have been using Rob and the Precision team for 10 years. His work is impeccable and he has a team of good people with great skill. My backyard is an oasis thanks to him and his team, and he has even done gorgeous stone work inside my house. He has put two paver patios in two homes for us, a built in outdoor kitchen, interior fireplace stone work, piers for our gates and a waterfall feature. In addition to hardscapes, he has done landscape design and plantings, as well as landscape lighting in both homes and cuts our lawn. There are a few things that set him apart for us. For one, his prices are very reasonable. We always do our due diligence in pricing out work, and his are extremely fair. He also has an excellent sense of design and aesthetics. I am very picky, and I've been thrilled with his sense of design and taste. Over the years, I've learned that this is not common. You will often get someone who can execute a plan, but isn't skilled in the design and ensuring the final look will be top notch. Lastly, he is a person of character. There will often be snags or challenges with ANY project. The team of people he has are respectful, trustworthy, well-mannered hard workers with great attention to detail. Rob is true to his word, takes accountability, and he makes things right when he should. I trust him and will continue to use him again and again.

Rob and his team have transformed our backyard into an oasis. Rob listened to our ideas and then provided his expertise in designing and creating a beautiful area. He truly has a great eye and sense for detail. I'm pleased with the work Precision Landscaping has done to date and highly recommend using them.

really unprofessional

Castle Rock did our basement last year and installed a whole house generator for us this year. They are wonderful to work with. Very professional, efficient and play no games. Would highly recommend.

Contracted with Castle Rock to build an in-law suite onto our home after seeing the great job they did renovating the home across the street. We observed both projects and were impressed to see them there every day throughout the project (minus minimal delays for inspections. We were thrilled with the entire project and the results were great (the addition looks like it was always part of the house). No surprises or HGTV nightmare obstacles either. We would highly recommend Castle Rock to anyone.

This guy left me hanging because he got a call for a bigger job and was pretty disrespectful about it. They should tell you upfront that 20k is too small of a job for them.

This is the second time we have used Albert and his crew for a home project. Once again, everything ran smoothly and the finished product looks great! Highly recommend this team!

We hired Albert Leggieri(the owner of Constructive Building & Remodeling) in order to repair water damage to the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms in my house. His crew came and tore down the damaged wall and ceiling and then they put some fans in the room in order to dry it out on 01/25/2022. They told us it will take 3 days to dry out. 3 days later, we reached out to him in order to get an update about the repairs but he did not answer the phone or text message. We sent him an email as well. Still no response. The following week on 01/31/2022 we finally got a hold of him and he said his crew would come over to pick up the fans from our house and that he would submit the invoice to our property insurance company directly. His crew picked up the fans on that day, but he never submitted the invoice to our insurance. Our insurance adjuster even spoke with him, and he promised he would submit the invoice to our insurance company, but he never did. We have been trying to resolve this issue since 01/31/2022, but he still has not submitted the invoice. We sent him text messages multiple times, as well as emails and phone calls. One time he answered the phone and he said he would submit the invoice that day, but he did not. Today is 03/03/2022, and I sent him another text message to telling him that he must submit the invoice to our insurance so that he can get paid. I have no idea why he doesn't submit the invoice but keeps telling us he will do so. Our insurance adjuster also doesn't understand why he hasn't submitted. Usually contractors submit the invoice very quickly so that they can get paid sooner. Based on this, I can only imagine how he handle his business. I found out that other people also had similar issues with him. We are glad that we did not hire him to finish the repair job. As a consumer, if it is impossible to communicate with the business, that tells you everything you need to know. You should not work with anybody who doesn't respond to you.

One more thing, you can ONLY find Albert Leggieri's Cell phone number in his business website, facebook and google, etc. That is the reason it is impossible to reach out to him. He does have email, but never replies. Please be aware of this company for your own safety.

I cannot say enough about Constructive Building and Remodeling. They are professional, affordable, creative and reliable. Albert and his team are amazing at transforming spaces like you could not imagine. However, their secret weapon is their designer, Patricia, who offers a warm and personalized touch to their complementary design services. Without question, best building and remodeling company around. 5 stars!!!
