It was a great experience from start to finish. Our contractor Danny from “Your Builder” who we love and trust uses them for cabinets and recommended. Laura was patient and worked with us as we covered every last detail. Cabinets came in beautiful and we are so happy with our new kitchen.

Mixed experience. My wife would leave 0 stars because for her the buck stops at customer service. I however try to look at the whole picture and judge based off the entire experience. That said I wouldn't personally recommend this to first time cabinet buyers. Customer service was below average from almost the beginning through the end. Prices are great and the design staff is helpful but they are busy and can take a while to respond. If you know what you want and are looking for a great price you can't go wrong. I would recommend asking for David to help with designs and Eddie and his team did a great job installing cabinets.
I do feel the two star rating is low based on my experience but I also feel as though 3 stars would be too high based on the level of customer service I received. However, now that I know a little more about cabinets I can say that I would also be willing to be a repeat customer in the future.

Went with Family Wholesale to replace our existing cabinets, the process of 3D modeling was well done, so we could see what it would look at before we started. Cabinets were low cost and high quality. Installers were amazing, we had some plumbing, electrical work and a wall taken down to open the kitchen, they got the work done and the cabinets installed in 4 days, crew was professional and quality of work is stellar. All in all we have a brand new kitchen all done with Quartz counters in only a couple of weeks. I highly recommend using Family Wholesale, high quality, low cost, professional all around. I would use them again in an instant.

Enrique was excellent to work with and really took the time to understand what my wife and I envisioned our future kitchen to look like and truly brought it to life! Additionally, Eddy and team were amazing during the installation and made the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!!!

The absolute best experience we have EVER had with a renovation. From measuring, to designing the kitchen to installation! The work was done quickly with attention to every possible detail from start to finish. Euddy and his crew made sure everything was perfect. He made sure that we loved how everything looked and that it was the way we wanted. They were meticulous and made sure everything was clean while he was working. He gave a timeline of when things would be done and they were all done in time!!! I could not recommend them enough!

We worked with Enrique from Family Wholesale for our kitchen cabinets. From the start, he helped us put our thoughts into a plan, patiently answered all our questions and responded to our concerns timely. Once the cabinets arrived, they were in perfect condition except for one piece where there was a small damage. He was very quick to provide a new replacement with absolutely no hassle.

My experience with Family Wholesale Kitchens was wonderful. For design, Laura was very easy to work with. She easily answered all my questions and showed me many options. Everything went as planned. For installation, Eddie and his team were great. From demo to finish, it went very smoothly. I love my new kitchen and would highly recommend using Family Wholesale Kitchens.

I’ve sat on this review for 2 years now and I finally feel ready to share our experience with this company. Only reason for the 2nd star is bc Enrique tried his best…
First, planning our new kitchen was easy and fun with Enrique who tried his best to make sure we were happy with the design.
Their contractor euddie and his team however, made this whole experience overall negative. The quality of the cabinets was good. However the work they did was shoddy. First they had a lot of electric to do but they overloaded all our circuits instead of telling us about it, if we needed more electrical work done by someone more experienced we would have done it but they never even told us and just did what they could do to get it done quickly..: but according to other electricians whom we’ve had to call bc they come it’s kept tripping told us that the electrical work this company did turned out to be dangerous. Euddie and his company tried every way to get us to not get a permit through our town which was also our fault bc we didn’t demand it. So they cut corners in every single way possible. They put floorboards down that are now lifting. One of our cabinets doesn’t open bc it’s too close to our stove and we ordered a new cabinet door which they never came to install still 2 years later after about 100 phone calls where we practically begged them to come and even paid for the cabinet that we still have not seen! There were little things they said they would come back to fix such as moulding on the floor that they never put down, our sink is leaking, the ceiling is uneven bc their contractor for the drywall didn’t sand it down properly and it looks bumpy. They installed our high hats way too close to the cabinets. I could go on. They got our money and they bounced. And whenever we tried to call to get them to come and install the cabinets, fix the electrical issues, sink leak, they ghosted. The kitchen from first glance looks good but looking deeper you will see the issues and it just sucks after shelling out almost $30k. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Let’s see how long it takes before they reach out to me about this review…

The team arrived on time, were professional and quick. After telling many of my friends that this team stated they would finish installing my kitchen cabinets in one day, they laughed. That evening I sent them the pics and they were blown away! Prices are reasonable and they out bid 6 other companies. When I discovered an issue with one of the electrical outlets they put in, they wrote me back immediately and quickly returned to repair it. Not something you get from a lot of Contractors now a days. Highly recommended them! Eddie, Victor “the big man” and Red thank you!

David from family kitchen provided detailed information for remodeling kitchen. He had good knowledge of kitchen redesign. Contarctor Eddie and his crew from Guilliani brothers are very professional. They finished their work in time. Bigman Victor did quality work for cabinets and tile installation. I recommend family kitchen and Guilliani Brothers.

My wife and I had almost given up on doing this kitchen makeover, as the cabinets and cabinet installation prices we were getting last year were way out of our budget.
Then a friend referred me to Family Wholesale Kitchens & Baths. Well, that was a game changer.

From the very first visit with Laura at the showroom, we could see that it was now doable. They offered a very nice selection of cabinetry, from various manufacturers. Her knowledge of the products, assistance with design, responsiveness to our many questions and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, was impeccable.
We even found the tile for our countertop while at the showroom.

When it came to the demo and install, we were even more blown away. Guilliani & Caba was the contractor that came to assess, measure and explain how the demo and install would be carried out. The crew consisted of Victor (Big Man), Jerry and Euddy.
All work was completed in a timely manner. They were all professional, courteous and did a great job.
As I write this review, I am sitting in our new kitchen - which looks amazing.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Family Wholesale Kitchen & Baths. After they sent someone out to take measurements of our kitchen, we sat down with one of their Designers, Enrique. He showed us the different types and styles of cabinets and how they would fit and look in our kitchen. He did a great job of explaining the benefits and limitations of the different styles and how that would affect what options we’d be able to have. Once we decided on what we wanted, the cabinets were ordered and a delivery and installation date were set.

The head installer, Eddie, came with his installation crew. They really knew what they were doing and had no problem working through any of the problems you inevitably encounter when doing this kind of work. I was really impressed with how careful they were with the new cabinets. They really treated everything with care. I’ve seen other people spend a lot of money only to end up with scuffed up cabinets because the installers weren’t careful. Once complete, they left the kitchen clean. They thoroughly vacuumed the area, not leaving a mess behind.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. They met the expectations that they set. They were able to confidently deal with any speed bumps that arose, and they left us with a great finished product. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Awful experience overall. The customer service is less than acceptable and they were never willing to go the extra mile for a returning customer. As someone in a similar industry I expected more, I expected to be given the same treatment I would personally give to any of my Clients, specifically returning Clients. With that said, Laura the designer was kind but most times I had to wait multiple days for a call or email back, the response time was unacceptable. The lead installer was extremely rude to my wife and combative when he arrived at my house, they damaged our front doorbell
by being careless while brining in the equipment and leaving with their tools. When I spoke with Randy (upper management) on the phone to attempt to work through the multiple issues they were responsible for and asked about how they were going to reimburse or make the situation better he was unwilling to help in any facet, by the end of the conversation he was threatening and telling me to "see him man to man, he works until 6pm" (that is a direct quote). I would never again go through this company for anything at my house, I would never recommend them to anyone I know and if anyone that is reading this wants a seamless job completed at their home, then this is not the place to go to.

Family Wholesale kitchen was great to work with from beginning to finish. When designing our kitchen, they gave us great ideas and options. They had quality products, and they showed up and worked on schedule as promised. Also, the workers were very friendly and always cleaned up. We are so happy with them and we love our new kitchen!! It was a true family feel when you work with Eddie the owner and his entire staff. We will highly recommend them to friends and family. We were very satisfied.

Cannot say enough positive things about their service and workmanship on our kitchen/laundry room. Laura helped out tremendously on the design/layout. Euddy and his team worked incredibly fast and with quality and attention to detail as if it was their own house.

The product itself is fine, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared for an extremely frustrating experience.

With a kitchen order, it is almost guaranteed that something will go wrong at some point. That is exactly why customer service matters, and this company is terrible at fixing issues.

We were first sent the wrong size cabinet, followed by a damaged replacement. Given the delays and disruption, we asked for some form of compensation. Instead, upper management insulted us and said they would give us fifty dollars so we could buy a cup of coffee. This was said to us as paying, returning customers, and was beyond disrespectful.

Rather than taking responsibility, we were spoken to in a threatening and unprofessional manner. The level of disrespect we experienced is something I have never encountered from a company.

The installer was also the rudest person I have ever had in my home. He complained throughout the visit, behaved disrespectfully, and damaged my camera while entering my house.

We have completed an entire home renovation and worked with many vendors. This was by far the worst experience we have had.

I would never recommend this company.

I would like to clarify a few points from your response. My husband contacted your team via email in November 2025 not December, and we received a response that same month, so there is a clear paper trail. It has now been three months for two cabinet fronts to be properly installed.
The first replacement door arrived the wrong size, and when we contacted you again, the second replacement door arrived damaged. After a third replacement was needed, we requested compensation for the repeated inconvenience. Regarding the garbage drawer installation, we did not request the same installer to return; we simply asked that someone else complete the installation. Your management replied that it would cost too much to send three employees when only one was needed. We were never offered a 20% refund, and since we paid for the installation but the installers didn’t install the damaged cabinet front, we were only asking that the job be properly completed and the cabinet we ordered—three times—be installed. Additionally, we have footage on our camera showing that the installer damaged our front camera while entering our home, and your upper management confirmed that you have received multiple complaints about this specific installer, which further underscores the unprofessional conduct we experienced. Our intention throughout this process was simply to have the order completed correctly and to be treated with respectful, professional customer service after multiple errors caused significant inconvenience.

We had a wonderful experience with "Family Wholesale Kitchen and Bath!” We worked with Laura. We highly recommend working with her. She is kind, nice, organized, smart and super helpful. Everything was easy from the design to payments to the delivery of cabinets. We have a “unique” layout and Laura helped us maximize every inch. Everything was communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We are so happy with our new kitchen.

First time redoing a kitchen. Laura and the entire team were excellent. Very knowledgeable, gave suggestions and worked through the design process. The price was right on point and less expensive than other quotes I received for cabinets. I would strongly recommend to family and friends.
