Office staff is responsive and helpful.
The plumber that came on-site (Kevin) did a great job with pipe replacement and installation of new kitchen plumbing.

Called them up for grease trap issue at the cafe, they came out within 10 mins. Found the issue and fixed it fast. While there had them fix another piping issue. They work very clean and are very honest. They are now my first to contact with any plumbing issue going forward. I highly recommend them!

Very responsive, even on the weekend when I had an emergency with my water heater. Fair pricing and good work.

Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a home service provider. Fixed us up for less than 1/2 the $$ I had in my head! Nice, professional, conscientious… we were “dead in the water” no pun, and they had us back in business in less than three hours from my call. This was my first time dealing with them and they made me feel like I was their best customer for years.

Called in for tankless hot water heater repair, service was Friday AM - after descaling of unit, tech on site did not check the hot water afterwards - this is inexplicable

George came to my house Friday night after I begged the office for help - Because there was still a problem! He evaluated everything and assured me there was no issue - I apologized for bringing him out after hours for nothing

Guess what, there was still no hot water!

Now it's Monday - return visit to evaluate the unit - Surprise!!! It needs a flow sensor and check valve

George and a tech came back out to my house Tuesday AM - parts installed, I am given the "Resolved" notification - but they didn't check for hot water, so they turned around and went back to my house... Finally, the repair was in fact verified as complete and correct

Bottom line - I paid a lot of money to be without hot water for 4 days, this should have been fixed in a few hours or at least same day - I feel as if I financed on the job training for the plumbers, who didn't listen to me, the customer

I didn't know I still didn't have hot water over the weekend - I told you I was OUT OF TOWN

George - we spoke on Friday night and you acknowledged that I told you that Kevin performed the service AND TOLD ME HE DID NOT CHECK FOR HOT WATER AFTER THE SERVICE

I told you I didn't have hot water consistently, and I told you there were no error codes

The original service was Friday morning - and if you would simply had Kevin check for hot water before he left after the service, there would not have been consistent hot water - and that is when you should have had Kevin call Navien - on Friday, not Monday

We talked about the known issue of inconsistent hot water and no error codes, that's not the end all be all

Did I call you back to spend more money than I needed to? No, I called you back because the problem wasn't fixed

I'm not the plumber - you are and you didn't do a good job

You gave me a quote, you took too long to fix it, I paid the bill in full, and wrote the review - that's what happened

I would highly recommend George Coulter the Irish Plumber. He is the best there is! We have had this business come out on numerous occasions for all of our plumbing needs. This company tries to help whenever they can and they are the nicest people! Many of my family and friends have also used George and company. Highly highly recommend!

We had a great experience with George R. Coulter Plumbing & Heating! They came highly recommended in our Medford neighborhood, and they really lived up to it. Shawnna in the office was super friendly and helpful, and Gavin and his team did an awesome job replacing our broken water heater. Everything was done quickly and with great quality. Definitely recommend them!

This was my first time dealing with a contractor that communicated by cell, texted messages and email effectively. Tim is very professional and ALWAYS ON TIME. I applaud this company for taking care of my plumbing needs on Christmas Eve.....WOW!!!!!

Timothy and his team were very professional in all aspects. Took time to explain how and why about all the installations. They are on time and dependable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Made an appointment online in the beginning of the week for an evening appointment. Was called immediately and told they don’t have evening hours (?!) and tried insisting coming out in the morning. I repeatedly told this rather rude man that those hours won’t work for me because I’m a nurse. Settled for 1st thing Saturday. Here I am waiting. Got a text saying their truck is broken and they might be late or have to cancel. I texted back: cancel appt. Waited. No reply. Called them. Again a rude guy answered, told me he got the text. No apologies, no offer to reschedule. Really unprofessional. Called another local plumber. Dispatcher said they will be here THIS MORNING guaranteed. Well, all this transpired within this hour and the other business is pulling up right now, as promised.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:30. At 4:50 I texted to follow up to make sure someone was coming. I was told someone had called me earlier to tell me they weren't going to be able to make it, yet I had no missed calls or voicemails. In addition, at 9AM the day of my appt. I texted asking what forms of payments they accepted, received a reply and no mention of canceling my appt. was made. I requested to leave work early to make sure I was here by 4:20 as I value people's time and responsibilities. If I had actually received a call or a text, I wouldn't be writing this review. I need someone reliable, therefore I will not be contacting them again.

Update:
Please check the number you called/texted. You must have double booked because we did not have that text exchange. You must have texted someone else. I'll be happy to share a screenshot of my text history. Also, I sent a very polite text back AFTER you responded to my 4:50 text, and never received a reply.

I had my entire AC/Heating unit replaced. The people are efficient, knowledgeable, and friensly. They explained everything that was going gone with our old unit and were able to replace it with a new unit the same day!!

Very thankful to Tim who was at our house within 30 minutes on Christmas Eve when our heater broke. He was able to replace our heater the same day so we could spend Christmas at home.

Great service, very friendly and explained in detail everything that was going on with my AC unit and exactly what needed to be done. They were also able to meet my schedule needs. I will definitely be calling for all my HVAC & plumbing issues.

Excellent response time, diagnosed the issue and returned with parts. The repairs were done expertly and efficiently

I’ve used All American for two plumbing/pipe issues. BOTH times I called late in the afternoon and someone was able to come out the very next morning. Very good work; very professional and reasonably priced. Fully recommend.

This is the second HVAC unit I had All American Plumbing install. They did such a great job with my first floor HVAC, I had absolutely no reservations calling them when my second floor HVAC reached it's end-of-life.

All American Plumbing came to my house after I told them my AC unit was not turning on. I told the service rep that I might not have freon. He ripped out my flood protection switch stating it was bad. Didnt offer me a new one. Then he checked my freon and said all had leaked out. I found out that it's illegal to refill Freon knowing that there is a leak. He filled it 8-9lbs of freon and "leak sealer ($65) and charged me $700 total. Well all freon leaked within 1 week. I called another company who found the leak using a leak detector within 1 hour. They pressurized the system with nitrogen and saw the pressure dropped within 5 mins. Sprayed leak detector bubbles where the leak detector was beeping and sure enough that was were the leak was. Stay away from All American Plumbing unless you want to throw your money away. The guy also told me I will need a new system even though my system was only 3 years old. What a bunch of crooks. I'm filing a formal complaint with Environmental Protection Agency since Freon leaking out hurts the atmosphere. I have proof so anyone who wants them, please feel free to contact me. Shame on this company for taking people's hard earned money.

You replied back to my review 4 years ago. You stated that my unit was 15 years old. LIES! Our house was built in 2011. You went to our house 2017, so our AC unit was just 6 years old! Stop lying to people and telling them that they need new units.

I've used All American in the past. Tim always answers the phone ( that is rare these days), and comes out fast and on time, always keeping you posted on the arrival time. Very thorough from start to finish. Thank you Tim and everyone at All American.
