I have used their services on multiple occasions both for marble and carpet cleaning. The customer service is fantastic. I always get responses within 24 hours. They are flexible with scheduling services, always arrive on time, and overall great people. I will continue to use their services because the quality of work is second to no one.

I’m a property manager at a couple of communities in Camden county. We needed a new contractor and they have been nothing but awesome to work with. Not only do they make the carpets look great they always are very communicative and timely. Can’t say enough about them !

I can’t express enough how great this company is! I struck up a conversation with the 3 gentlemen that came to my house and found out they are brothers who own the business together. They treated us as if we were family! They took care of my stamped concrete out back, concrete walk way leading up to the door, all of my carpets on the staircase and in the bedrooms and even brought the tiles in the bathroom back to life by somehow bringing the grout back to its original color (I thought it was grey the whole time, turns out it should be white and is now!)I have 3 young daughters and the Bradley brothers were very interactive with them when they curiously came over to them to see what was going on. These young men have a wonderful business and amazing customer service. If you need anything from carpet to tile, and just about anything inbetween, cleaned better than you could imagine, look no further! Thank you Nick, Larry & Michael for your amazing work!

Very good experience with Bradley's. Another local company never showed up after we waited in their 5 hour window. I called Bradley's the next day and they were able to come out within two days of me calling. Great work, very professional, and very reasonable. Will definitely use them again. 5 star.

I have used 2 other companies in the past to clean my carpets. I was still looking for that “right” company that would do a good job and not over charge me. I decided on Bradley’s due to the other reviews I had read and praying they weren't bogus reviews. THEY WEREN’T!!!! From the very first call I received nothing but friendly and professional communication. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me and they even came early (first asking if that would be ok). Three of the nicest guys showed up ready to work. Another reviewer mentioned that they felt like family....it’s so true! Besides their overall friendly demeanor they did an awesome job on my floors! And surprised me by cleaning two area rugs I had out at no extra charge!! Will I be calling them again for their services??absolutely !!! Heck, I’d like to call and invite them for Sunday dinner!!! lol. Thank you again, Bradley men! Job well done!!

These guys know what they are doing! Not only are the extremely professional and knowledgeable they are lifesavers! We have ceramic tile in an area of high traffic, when is exposed to the elements and it was like an ice rink. They were able to change the texture of the tile so when wet it is no longer slippery and you would never know it, looks the same. It’s literally a miracle, and we didn’t have to replace the floor. They have also done power washing work for us and really are the masters of all cleaning. Bradley’s to the rescue!

I used Bradley’s Hard Surface Cleaning for all the concrete work on my property. All the walkways were done and I especially needed the area done adjacent to my in-ground pool which was under the trees. It was pretty mucky there. Everything was transformed when they were finished. Looked awesome! You don’t realize how dirty something is until you get it cleaned and you wonder why you waited so long to do it. The guys were great, it didn’t take very long and the price was right. I’d definitely use them again.

Excellent!!! The carpet in my finished basement was in such a state of disaster that I thought it would need to be replaced. Yesterday I called Larry and now, just a day later, my carpets look almost brand new! (they were installed in 1994!) Highly recommend using this family owned business! I had Larry and his team out to clean the exterior of my home. Over the past few years we have taken on some heavy weather which lead to some tough dirt and debris to get off the home. I called them to get an estimate and they showed up on time and gave me the best prices that were out there. The process working with them was great and after it was done was worlds different! We've had Bradley's Hard Surface Cleaning come to our place for a variety of jobs.

The first job was out driveway and pavers leading up to our door. We live in a townhouse community so it was so obvious the amazing job that they did. The driveway was practically white and the pavers sparkling. All of the neighbors commented on how it looked!

Our second job was a rental property that we were preparing for sale. We had 5 years of renters in and the tile were just filthy. Bradley's Hard Surface Cleaning literally made it look new again! And at SUCH a reasonable price.

Another job was carpet cleaning. There were stubborn stains that would not come up no matter what we did. We tried spot removal. We tried steam cleaning and nothing worked. They came in and efficiently got the carpet completely clean. And again - at a very good price.

Great experience today using Bradley's Multi-Surface Cleaning. Today they cleaned the carpets in my townhouse where messy little kids and a dog thoroughly enjoyed. After the magic the Bradley's used on the carpets, it looks brand new. Spilled chocolate milk, markers, muddy dog feet, all steamed away now looking fresh and fabulous after the Bradley's were done. I can't wait to use them again to freshen things up.

Chose Bradley's after a Goggle search,I was not disappointed,Staff is very polite,clean and professional! We had carpets in three bedrooms .hallway and steps done---they where in /out quickly and carpets are like new ! Also had tile in kitchen and a bathroom done.The tile and grout looks like the day it was installed now.Absolutely will refer them and use them again.If reading this do not look further just call and get an appointment,you will be stunned by their awesome service!!!!!!
