I couldn't be happier with the work Bradley's did to my carpets and flooring. They are very reasonably priced, an absolute pleasure to work with, and the work they do, speaks for itself. I had some very bad stains in the carpets of my rental property, and Bradley's came in and made the carpets look practically new again! On top of that, my front door had some bad marks and stains due to landscaping, which I wasn't even aware of, and Bradley's power washed it for free! I will certainly be using them again, and would refer them to anyone!

Bradley’s is my favorite carpet and floor cleaner! I have use many companies in the past 7 years of managing apartment buildings. They are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Mike and Larry were great to work with. They showed up on time in a professional manner with nice uniforms so that there was no confusion who was at my front door. They professionally cleaned my carpets in each bedroom and made them look brand new again! It was shocking to not realize how dirty my carpets actually were until they had been cleaned by Bradley’s Multi-Surface Cleaning. The work got done in a timely manner, and they were conscientious of cleaning up after all done and walking through the house. I would definitely recommend Bradley’s Multi-Surface Cleaning to any friend or family member. In fact, I plan on using them again to clean the tile and grout in my bathrooms in the near future.

I had about 8+ years of mildew growing on the siding of my new house and they did an absolutely amazing job removing all of it--siding, chimney, and master bedroom balcony. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. My home looks shiny and new again!

Larry and his team are fantastic! I manage an apartment community and have used Bradley's for our powerwashing for several years now. They are super easy to work with, they do a wonderful job and they keep in communication throughout the entire job! Highly recommend!

We had Bradley’s Cleaning to power wash our porch with vinyl railings and posts. It has not been cleaned in many years. In fact, it was more green than white. They did an AMAZING job! We couldn’t believe they were able to make it look new again because it was so far gone. They also did our back deck along with the furniture.

We asked them while they were there if they could pressure wash the house as well! Without any hesitation, they told us it was no problem. This was asked of them on the spot, and they were happy to adjust their schedules to accommodate us!

Besides the amazing results, the Bradley team came right on time, were professionally dressed, and extremely well mannered and polite....and we were more than happy with the cost! it was extremely fair!

I feel every service company we use needs to use the Bradley model!

I contacted Bradley’s Cleaning to come out and clean our rugs in our townhouse. I spoke with Nick about the property, who had setup everything from the time they would be arriving and what dates they had available. They had a quick turn around time to get over to our property, which was great! He was able to answer all of our questions and was confident they would get our rugs looking great again. We had a lot of stains through out our property, but they were able to get them cleaned up to where they look brand new! Larry & Michael did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them! They were very friendly, easy to talk to, and the rugs look brand new! Looking forward to using them in the near future!
