Mike came out and was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations. My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with his professionalism and courtesy and in the job he did. I would 100% choose Campbell comfort systems again if needed.

In my opinion the most important part of business is relationships. The staff at Campbell is amazing. From the office staff to the techs and sales reps, each are personable, professional, and answer every question/concern. Most recently Mike came out and did an AC system check as well as provide a quote on a replacement tankless system. Mike is very professional, intelligent, and we couldn't ask for a better experience. Lisa in the office is as always very helpful and very responsive! Lifetime customer!

We called Campbell Comfort Systems at approximately 9:30pm because we had no heat in our house. We first dealt with two separate women in their customer service department. They were kind, courteous, and very professional and got back to us exactly when they said they would. Mike came to repair our heater. He also was very courteous and professional. He laid out all of our options and had our heater up and running in no time. We will definately be calling Campbell Comfort Systems in the future for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.

Mike was the Hero again. The whole group is fantastic as well. House is nice and comfortable now!! Got right to the heart of the matter and set it all right.

Campbell comfort has been my source for HVAC since I purchased my house in 2004. They did all my upgrades and installs. They are fantastic and the best in the industry I had personal interactions with the owner and his son. Their techs are the best. I will never use anyone but them. They supply and service your equipment with professionalism and care. Tou are lucky they sell and service e your product.

Once again Campbell comfort system to my rescue. Issue found, parts installed and Mike P as always checked every detail. I couldn't ask for more confidence in a home contractor. From bottom to top the entire group is the best!

Awesome experience, the technician arrived on time and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took care of the maintenance he had to do and he was off to another appointment. Personable, friendly and knew what he was talking about. Not pushy at all regarding the repairs that needed to be done. One of the recommendations was to consider installing a new heater, the one that was there was all and likely to fail soon. The sales guy came out who was extremely knowledgeable, gave us the right heater at the right price an installation was virtually flawless. Some minor problems did arise after the install but they were quick to come back out and take care of those things, in fact the owner himself came out. Highly recommend

Update 6/21/21: Today I had a service check on both my both my units. Craig was my technician and I have to say he was AWESOME!!! He checked my units went over everything with me in a manner that was easy to understand. Most of all I appreciated his honesty. He was great and extremely knowledgeable of my units and what may need to be done in the future. When making future appointments with Campbell Comfort Systems I will definitely be asking for him to be my technician. He shared that he has been with Campbell Comfort Systems since January 2021, but has been in this field for years, and all I have to say is whoever does the hiring at Campbell Comfort made an excellent choice in hiring him.

4/30/21: Mike came out and worked on my AC unit and did an AMAZING job as always!!

12/18/20 Update: I had Campbell Comfort Systems come to do a check up on my heating system and I am so glad that I did, because I had a leak. Brian Vogt and Mike Prince came to my house and check out my system and explained the issue. They were able to order the needed part and Brian came back a few days later to install the part to stop the leak. Brian did an amazing job fixing my heating system. Mike and Brian are both excellent technicians! I would highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems. I have used Campbell Comfort System for all my AC and heating needs and I don't plan to go anywhere else. You guys have a customer for life!

I would highly recommend Campbell Comfort Systems. This is my second time using Campbell Comfort Systems and I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided!! My AC unit stopped working last night and I couldn't figure out why. I called Campbell Comfort Systems first thing in the morning and spoke to a female staff person (I believe her name was Lisa) who was very nice and helpful and said that I would be receiving a call when a technician was available. No more than 10 minutes later I get a call that said my technician would be at my house within 30 minutes. The technician I had was Mike Prince and he was extremely friendly and helpful. When Mike arrived he was respectful of my home by not only entering with shoe booties but also had a mask on. Mike looked at my unit thoroughly and went over his assessment with me (electrical issues.) Mike was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. Mike completed the work needed in a very timely manner and now my unit is working beautifully! While Mike was here I signed up for the Campbell Comfort Systems membership which not only helped me to save on the price of the completed work but any future work as well. It also includes maintenance check ups twice a year to prevent any further issues. I will definitely be choosing Campbell Comfort Systems for ALL my HVAC needs! The entire company is amazing, from the office personnel, to the dispatcher, to the technicians...simply AMAZING!! Thank you again Mike Prince! You helped to keep me and my family cool on what the weather channel predicts will be days of heat and humidity...I cannot thank you enough!

Mike was super cool! Even put them foot covers over his shoes. Very polite! They needed to order a part to install the next day, and offer to leave us some portable heaters for the night so my family would not be cold over night! I am impressed with these guys and signed up for their monthly plan. Great job guys and thanks. Mike made us feel like he truly cared!

06-06-21 - our AC went out during a heat advisory. My last posting said I joined their monthly plan, and that was a good call on our end. Campbell answered our call very quickly and we were super excited to hear it was our man Mike on call for then!! Same Mike we wrote about for our last review! We had zero worries once we knew it was him responding. Mike is the man! Came right over, knew the issue in like less then ten minutes and got us working again. Even suggested a better part that came with a warranty for only 30 bucks more. Thanks for that suggestion Mike! My wife and I trust this company, they have helped us a few times and it has always been a good experience! Thanks Campbell and Mike!

This is a really great company. They are always professional. When I call the office they remember my name. The technician, Jacob came to inspect the heating unit at 6 months and then returned to check the air at the beginning of summer. He insured that I understood what he was doing showed me how to replace the filter for my unit. Talked and laughed with my daughter and even remembered her name. He wasn't a disruption to the household and maintain all areas he entered. He offered additional services and continued to check in with me to make sure that I understood what was going on with my systems. I would definitely recommend this company and every employee that I have come in contact with.

I hired Campbell Comfort Systems the first time in 2007, when I realized I could not live without A/C in my first house. I appreciated that Bill Campbell sat down with me to explain the different systems and costs so that I could make an informed choice. When I decided to change my oil heating system to gas in 2011, Campbell was my first and only call. They did such a great job that my parents hired them to install a new heating and A/C system at their house. Fast forward to 2021, a couple years ago I chopped the electric line on my outside unit while using a weed whacker. After using some window units from my basement for a couple years, I finally decided to get it fixed. I set my appointment for the afternoon 12-4. Well Mike and Joe came at 12:10 and had everything fixed and running great by 1:45. Everything was explained to me and they even took pictures of what they fixed and showed me what was replaced. They answered my questions and took all Covid precautions as well. I signed up for the service plan so that I can stay on top of my heater and A/C maintenance more thoroughly. Highly recommend this business.

We contacted Campbell Comfort Systems when we had an issue with our AC stopped working and they sent Mike P. out to our home. From the moment he walked he was beyond professional to us. He has made us feel so very well taken care of with the this experience of replacing our entire system. Campbell Comfort are very lucky to have him!

This past Friday, a very capable & friendly Campbell Comfort Systems Technician, Chuck L., who has been to our home previously to service our Lennox system, came out to install new electric heating strips to our heater and took extra time to test the amp draw to make sure that the strips were operating properly. He got to work right away to install the replacement part so our home’s temperature would be more comfortable especially during the bitter cold winter days. It was a pleasure to see Chuck again and talk with him a bit. He did a great job! Thank You, Chuck!
We also would like to thank Roy and the two Matt’s for all of the time they took to do a full diagnostic during the blustery & cold weather to determine why we weren’t getting any heat and making sure that the correct part was ordered for our heating system. We continue to be pleased with the prompt & professional service that Campbell Comfort provides in maintaining our Heat Pump / AC system and appreciate being informed about ways to improve the indoor air quality in our home.

I notice the heat in my main living area has stopped working. I tried everything with no success. I went on google in search of someone to come take a look at it. I came across this company. I read the reviews and I liked what people had to say. So I called and explain my situation and the same day, Mike came to take a look. Mike call me at work to discuss his findings, since I wasn’t able to understand everything over the phone. Mike left and came back later that evening to sit with me to discuss the best plan of action which was I needed a new furnace. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. He wrote prices and what was included, he also went over financing options with me. I was very pleased and much appreciated with the time Mike took to help me. I went with the financing options because it will cover 98% of my new heating/AC system. I will pay the other 2% out of my pocket. Mike was able to ask his boss for extra time for me to pay my balance which was awesome. I love companies that cares about their customers. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We were in need of a new heating system and Campbell was recommended. We gave them a call and they came out same day for an estimate and we can't be happier!! Everything they did for us moving the heater, getting a new high efficiency heater, new duct work etc is amazing! We highly recommend, every person from Phil who gave us the estimate to Chuck and the team that came and did the job they are definitely the best in the business. They all were so nice to deal with and very profesional!

Always have a great experience with this company! Mike is at all time favorite technician and I always request him to come out for all my service. He is always early to my appointments, very knowledgeable, great attitude, and always a pleasure to work with! If only companies had more employees like him! The guys were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional and responsive. Norm laid out all of our options and provided all the information I could want to make an informed decision. Our maintenance contract from another company was bought out by Campbell so this was our first experience with them but certainly not the last. We will definitely be signing up for a new contract with them. Excellent first contact, thank you!

I would recommend Campbell Comfort Systems to anyone. They are always great and easy to deal with. We had Norm come out today for a emergency service problem… and let me tell you what… He was awesome. The interactions between him and me and my wife and daughter and dog were all heartwarming. He was extremely personable and very informative. Thankfully today he was also able to fix the issue we were having. A++ service always from this company. And the Techs are the real MVP’s

Campbell Comfort Systems was very responsive and had a technician out to my house first thing the next morning. The technician, Mike, was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything to me so that I understood what my options were and made the best choices for me. He had an assistant with him, James, who also was very professional and I felt comfortable with following their recommendations.

Mike is outstanding. Very personable and upbeat. Friendly and knowledgeable. His communication skills are excellent. The best most satisfying part in dealing with Mike and Campbell Comfort Systems is you get a true sense that they are being honest and fair and take a ton of pride in their work and the service. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them. I have the feeling of confidence and reassurance that the job they are doing would be exactly how they would do a job in their own homes.

I called and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment when my central air stopped working. Mike P arrived and fixed the problem. Mike explained all my options thoroughly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Campbell Comfort Systems has a new customer thanks to both Lisa and Mike being awesome people. The customer service was perfect and I would recommend this company to all!
