I cannot express the professionalism, expertise and respectfulness of this company. Jacob and the apprentice arrived on time, understood what I needed and explained what was needed. Bill Campbell the owner took the time to come explain what products they had available in an easy understandable layman terms. I was able to get an installation the very next day! Matt and his team arrived on time, we’re respectful of my home and laid drop cloths. They tested both the new AC and Furnace systems and Matt was able to resolve a big issues with two vents not working, that in itself was a exactly what I was praying for. Norm was wonderful!! He was courteous, professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. He came out and quickly assessed the situation and helped resolve our issue no time.

We chose Campbell Comfort Systems to install a new heating and AC unit based on a representative from Duct Doctors recommendation and checking their online reviews. We’re so happy with we went with them! Everyone we worked with was absolutely wonderful – from Phil who came out to provide estimates, Dennis, Roy and team who installed the new unit, Lisa and Sherry in the office and Norm who came out for service. It’s crystal clear to see why their reviews and ratings are so high!

I called three different companies for a quote to replace two 16 year old condensers and evaporators. They first came out and evaluated the current system to see the condition of the old units in addition to see what we could match to the old Lennox blower/oil furnace. Campbell then provided several options. They were a bit on the expensive side but worked with me to get to a price point I was satisfied with.

Processing of the contract and installation was completed the next day! They were even complete before I got home for lunch! The 10 year parts/labor warranty was something the other guys couldn't match. I did have one issue regarding the warranty but they made it right after I raised my concern.

Overall I am satisfied up to this point. The whole process was prompt and was really no hassle at all.
