I was very dissatisfied with the cleaning done. Booked elbow grease cleaning for a deep cleaning of a unit where tenants had just moved out. The cleaner left without notifying us. When I inspected the unit half of it was not cleaned at all.I paid extra to have cabinets wiped down, this was not done. The rooms she cleaned, there were stains left behind on the floor. Looked as if she just swept instead of mopping. Will not be booking service from this company again.

TERRIBLE. I booked this cleaning service WEEKS before my move into my new home. We were under a tight time line so I scheduled for a deep clean with weeks notice. As the date came closer I had a few follow up questions, and only a select few would be answered. Then on the day of THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. I called, texted, and e-mailed multiple times and used any number I could find online (shockingly there were multiple numbers) but despite calling for days before the scheduled date, they never showed with no call or email explaining why. They put me in a terrible situation and I had to book another cleaning service who charged us 8x the regular rate since it was last minute and they knew we were in a jam (that's a whole other review). Anyway this service is not professional and not reliable. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and book with someone who might appear slightly more expensive, but you can count on showing up.

They did a fantastic job - and that’s not me being nice, it’s the actual truth. I have 2 crazy children (a 16 month old and a 6 year old) that basically trashed the entire house. These women came in and worked their magic — which was not easy because the house was absolutely disgusting- I mean chicken nuggets and old juice boxes everywhere. I will definitely be using the service again.

As someone who considers myself a clean freak I am extremely grateful to the services offered. My family moved into an apartment the same day someone moved out and it was beyond unsanitary. They came over on a Sunday and spent hours scrubbing all the nastiness away. Once they were finished up the apartment looked AMAZING. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!!
