Yenny's cleaning service just cleaned up my 2200sqft home after a tenant turnover, and did so with 4 ladies in 4 hours! Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and all at a reasonable cost. The $$ paid for this work was some of the best money spent! The home looks like new, and I did not have to supervise anything. My initial experience using Yenny’s Cleaning Service was exceptional. I was in need of a house cleaning, found Yenny on Google and decided to contact them. I called on a Tuesday, Yenny came out the same day to provide a quote and I was able to get scheduled on Thursday. The ladies did a fantastic job, they moved furniture, dust, wipe and cleaned everything. I’m now going to keep Yenny on rotation for my house cleaning. I’m so happy with Yenny’s Cleaning Service. Please don’t change the quality of work. 😀

5 stars! Needed house cleaned in a pinch. They responded same day and we had a deep clean scheduled in 2 days. Already scheduled a bi weekly cleaning. Fair pricing and beyond responsive.

Subpar Cleaning Service and Lack of Accountability

Unfortunately, my experience with this cleaning company was extremely negative. I hired their service for $180 for 3 hours of cleaning with two people. However, the result was disappointing.

- They failed to meet the agreed-upon schedule and didn't show up at the indicated time.
- They didn't respond to my messages, making communication difficult.
- The cleaning was subpar, as they only focused on the bathrooms and kitchen, leaving the rest of the house dusty and without cleaning under the bed.

I complained to the company owner, but she didn't offer an adequate solution or satisfactory customer service.

I was looking for a cleaning crew for my home and I found Yenny’s cleaning service here on Google. Yenny the owner came the very same day to my home to speak with me and understand my needs. She was very professional and kind. Yenny’s crew have been cleaning my home since 2023 and although we are moving to another town, we are staying with Jenny. The communication, cleaning and efficiency is always on point. Any questions, concerns or a small complaint I had, Yenny or her daughter who handles the main line always got back to me in a timely manner and with a solution. The feeling after a long dreadful day at work and having a clean sparkling home is priceless. You wouldn’t even realize I have a 5 year old and two cats who love to make a mess :) totally worth it , I highly recommend Yenny and her team !
