Not reliable. The cost of the damages to the property outweigh the cost of the service. Despite clear video evidence showing the damages caused by their equipment, the representative refused to take ownership or compensate the home owner. Accidents happen, just own them and correct them. Don’t use this guy.

👎🏼🤬This company should be the reason why you should be able to give Negative stars... You are paid to do a job and do it right! If you do it wrong you should fix your mistakes.
Professionals (at least I thought they were professionals) were hired so no damage would be done to the house or outside area. Any other reliable company that knows that they messed up, or were wrong on there part would have fixed the problem, apologized to the owner and would be ok with the outcome. Especially if they were caught on camera. But no not with this company apparently if they do damage to your house or outside patio they don’t care and shrug it off. Deny till the end even if there is video evidence. They just chalk it up to being picky about the damage they caused. If you want to take a chance on your property and hire non professionals and hope they don’t damage it... then hire these guys. If not do some research first.

Tree fell on my house, they were on site at 8am the next morning to remove it. Great pricing and extremely fast. This is the only tree service I will use in the future. Highly recommend.

The owner of this company who provided tree cutting services a few days ago is someone I will never use again or recommend to anyone. They ended up causing noticeable scratches on the coated surface to our front stair railings from branches that fell while they used a crane to remove large pieces of tree trunks. The owner himself used some kind of sand paper to remove it when we weren’t looking & ended up visibly fading a large area of the coating/texture on both sides of the railing. He denied even touching those areas & when we looked at the camera recording & showed him that he DID do the damage, he STILL denied it. Never took ownership & actually said WE were being COMPLICATED and NITPICKING!!! He did not offer a resolve in the end. REALLY???? Don’t trust him & don’t use his service! Definitely does not care about the customers and does not own up to or fix any damage they cause.

Can not say enough great things about this company! Their expertise, hard work & professionalism shines through in the work they do. Shocked at the negative reviews because this team is on point. I Have already recommended them to family & friends & I will for sure be calling them again for any future tree work

Very happy with Flavio and his crew. I've been hit hard with this current ash beetle infestation and have lost 10+ trees in the past 5years. These guys are fast and have the right equipment!

I could not say more about what an amazing job Flavio and his team did. We had a HUGE, dead ash tree in our backyard that other companies didnt even want to take on because of how complicated it was to remove. They were totally professional, fairly priced, kept a clean job site, repaired even the smallest damages to the yard and left it looking better than it did when they got there. Hire them now.

Jose from USA tree service came out to gave us a price to remove 3 trees his price was 1200 less so than another tree company so we gave him the job it was done with professionalism on time and clean thank you

We had three tree removals on our property recently by this company and we couldn’t be happier.
They were very reasonable with the prices based on the tree sizes, so As soon as we got the permit from the city to have a couple trees removed. The guys came bright and early and took down HUGE trees! Super professional and quick!
We will be calling them back to remove the stumps very soon!

I had three trees that was in a difficult position to be removed. I had different companies came to look at the job and everyone of them charge a outrageous price and claimed how difficult the job was but not USA Protree Service, he saw no difficulty removing the trees and he charged a reasonable price. The job was done quickly and in professional manner, they biggest concern was the safety of my house and property. I would highly recommend.

Flavio and his team are true professionals. My property is fairly heavily wooded, and they removed several trees, ground the stumps, and trimmed other trees around the yard. Their work was efficient, fast, and high quality at a great price. I recommended USA Pro tree servive to my own father after they were done.
