The rug cleaning process for my Turkish rug was handled with careful attention. They arrived at my home, gently rolled the rug, loaded it, and took it for factory cleaning. The rug came back with the wool fibers softer and the intricate woven details more visible than before. It’s a hand knotted piece, so I appreciated how cautiously they handled it. The vibrant colors that had faded from daily foot traffic were brought back to life without damaging the natural dye. Having the pickup and return included made the entire thing stress free.

Contacted this company to have gutters cleaned. They provided a quote but when I asked for their contractor license and insurance info, the woman Mimi stated “who asks for that?”. It’s not uncommon for a consumer to ask for a licensed and insured contractor when working in or around your home. If they fall and get hurt, I could be responsible if they don’t have insurance. I would not recommend this company as they are rude and unprofessional.

Gutters are gutters, but the people who work to bring them to you are the difference makers. Antonio and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and personable. Mamie, in the office, especially went above and beyond to make sure the process went well. Good people, good work.

Our gutter was loose and JAB not only fixed it but kept me apprised of the situation the whole way. They found rotted wood beneath it and gave me my options as opposed to just saying they needed to replace it. The prices were incredibly fair, the workers friendly and they truly care about the workmanship - going so far as to follow up a couple weeks later to make sure everything is good. Can't recommend them enough!

I've used this company a couple of times to clean my gutters and once to clean out my pavers and I had been satisfied with the work -- especially when they came out the same day I called most recently. Just for the record, I've tipped them every single time. Unfortunately, the last visit was a huge disappointment. They accidentally left the hose running in my backyard, which led to a leak in my basement. I spent the entire weekend sopping up water every few hours and even made a trip to Home Depot trying to patch the wall before I figured out what had caused the flooding. It was an exhausting, frustrating experience. When I brought it to their attention, the response was underwhelming--no accountability, no offer to make things right. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was careless and costed me money. I expected better.

Antonio and his crew are responsive, professional, and always do a stand-up job. They have cleaned our gutters the past few years, and replaced an entire gutter that was no longer in working order. Just this week, when I noticed a leak, they came out the same day to investigate and do a cleaning. Antonio is also one of the friendliest guys around and it's always a pleasure to work with him!

I would highly recommend Jab Gutters. Antonio (and Cairo) were professional, on time and very skilled. In the past, we have called them for gutter cleaning and were super pleased with their work. This time they came out to fix a broken gutter. We have fancy copper gutters and they handled the job with no problem. On top of this Antonio was very personable and easy to talk to. My wife and I consulted with him about major pooling around our foundation, water that cascaded off the deck gutter onto our siding, and a number of other things. He was patient as we asked all the questions we had and helped us come up with a plan. He was extremely respectful of our budget and advised us what to prioritize.

I couldn't help but grin after the first rain since his visit: a beautiful dry foot or so around the areas he and his team had worked on.

I sent my Pakistani Beluch rug for cleaning and rug restoration. One side had become faded from sunlight and there were loose edges near the corners. The repair work was excellent and the cleaning restored the original beauty of the rug. Very impressed with the craftsmanship.
