I hired their services in November for my daughter's room to be cleaned and sanitized. Marzanna, extremely nice, understanding and easy to talk to, was so gracious enough to work with my crazy schedule at the time and last minute. Marzena and her team have been cleaning my house for many years. They are reliable and very flexible with our busy schedule. They always do a thorough cleaning job and I trust them in my home. I highly recommend Marzena and her team to anyone looking for a house cleaning service.

First experience with them are very good. We paid flat rate for the first two hours and then per any hour extra. We were so happy with the first two cleaners we had that we paid them 5 hours to clean the whole house.

Then we contacted them again, and this time they sent different cleaners, who did everything as slowly and inefficiently as possible. This time one of the cleaners took our dirty doormat to our dining room and cleaned it in our DINING room. They broke our cooktop too. When I told them they would not need to be here after the first two hours they immediately appeared to be upset.

They charge a lot of money for absolutely terrible service.

Elbow Grease is responsive and reliable. Autumn answered my calls and communicated easily with me. The cleaners came on time. Speaking of the cleaners, Genesis was pleasant, efficient and she and her co-cleaner did a great job on this move-out clean of a rental apartment. I highly recommend Elbow Grease and I hope Genesis is the cleaner they send to you!
