I contacted these guys to get on their client list for residential snow plowing back in October. It took 2 months to get a confirmation that I would be on the list. Three snow events >1" have passed since the end of December and each time they left me hanging, sometimes even after several confirmations the day before / day of that they would be coming.

Wow! Went Above and beyond. They paid attention to every detail on our lawn and even worked in the rain 🌧️!

I found MaxPro through Task Rabbit and feel very lucky! They responded quickly to my inquiry, happy to talk in the phone to answer questions, and were transparent about their very fair prices. They did an excellent job with spring cleanup and lawn care, and I’ll be happily using their landscaping services on a continuing basis. Highly recommend.

Mr. Donald and his team did a great job with our spring cleanup last week! Our yard needed a lot of TLC and he transformed it very thoughtfully and carefully. Great communication and reasonable pricing too. Definitely recommend.

They cut our lawn after a lot of unresponsiveness and did a decent job but a bunch of grass was left on the patio and not cleaned but the rest was cleaned well. But the one star is for how rude the owner Donald is for this company. This guy may be the most rudest owner of a company I’ve ever dealt with. I was going to leave a 3 star review based the cut and his lack of customer service but never got a chance because it was the weekend and then he reached out calling me a liar because I didn’t work on his time and didn’t leave the review quick enough. Also, he quoted one price and then said another price when his team showed up. He quoted a price just to get you to say yes it seems like and then changed it. I told him I had another company who would offered price and he came close to it for the same frequency but then changed his mind. He is really bad at responding which leads to all the miscommunication. There are so many other lawn companies that provide better yard work with much better customer service so I would highly recommend looking else where for another Lawncare professional. This company is not it.

I hired them a while ago for bi-weekly lawn work, very happy about their services.

Also hired them to remove a lot of Ivy I had in my backyard and they did that very quickly and efficiently. Totally recommend them. The price is also reasonable.

Came home from work one day to find a large section of my retaining wall tumbled over into my neighbor's yard. The wall was originally built by the builder before we moved in mid 2004. The wall started to lean slightly within 5 years as it was not built with drainage in mind. This time around, I wanted the retaining wall built the right way. I called Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping to get an estimate because I prefer someone local and was pleased with their online reviews.

Carlos arrived as scheduled to write up the estimate. He immediately suggested re-using the blocks since they seemed to be in decent condition and would save money. I met with another company the day prior and was originally planning on getting a 3rd estimate. After getting Carlos' very reasonable estimate and asking a few question regarding timeline, I approved the estimate and was ready to move forward. Just 3 days later, the work started and was finished just 4 days later with a Sunday and a rainy Monday that was a wash out. I was so pleased since this has been on my todo list for the last several years and relieved to have it done correctly. My neighbor was also pleased to get part of his yard back.

I highly recommend Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping for any outdoor project. You won't be disappointed. I plan on calling Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping again in a couple of years for driveway and walkway pavers.
