Rocky was very professional and responsive to my roofing issues. He even picked up on a problem with my siding and was able come up with a solution that didn't cost a huge amount of money. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by GDC. Starting with a list of 15 recommendations, Rocky at GDC clearly stood out as the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced of the group. GDC's pricing is fair and quality is impeccable. Best of all, Rocky actually calls you back and returns messages immediately. Imagine that! Our roof was in poor condition and needed all new boards. Rocky immediately was able to call the supplier and arrange same day delivery of material in order to avoid delaying the project. The crew was also very respectful and spent time after the job was completed to ensure that the site was clean and tidy. Communication is really the key. Rocky was honest throughout the process and everything occurred exactly how he explained. We would not hesitate utilizing GDC for future work. Highly recommended!

Spoke with Rocky after rainstorm revealed a couple leaks in one of our bedrooms. The roof was getting to the age where is made more sense to replace rather than repair. Heard back from Rocky the same day and he was onsite in two days to give me an estimate. Having done business with GDC previous for my siding, I was able to agree upon a fair price and set the date for the roof replacement. Workers were on time, very professional and friendly and did an excellent job - their cleanup of the yard after work was exceptional. Since GDC is a GAF authorized dealer, I feel that I got a quality product/job at a very fair price. I recommend GDC to anyone needing roof, siding or renovation work.

Rocky and his team did a great job replacing our front porch. Rocky was responsive to communications and very helpful in helping us understand our options and choose the best plan for our situation. They were efficient and and the porch turned out great!

We have used GDC for multiple home renovation projects and each and every one has been wonderful! Our 2 story deck came out beautiful. A whole home renovation with everything we asked for including opening the floor plan, a feature wall for a gas fireplace, expanding master bathroom, moving doors, and adding windows!
We also did new siding and front porch renovation with high quality materials through GDC. I highly recommend GDC! Rocky and his guys are true gems! They have replaced my roof, built a deck around my pool, renovated a laundry/full bathroom and did a massive kitchen renovation complete with the installation of a huge load bearing steel beam. His team is professional, clean and respectful of my home. Rocky is also super easy to work with and a straight shooter. He’s not going to try and upsell something or tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He’s going to be honest and fair. I highly recommend them!!

My wife and I decided to have our 30 year old roof on our house, our separate garage and our shed replaced. We didn't look any further than GDC, as 4 of my store customers gave glowing reviews of the work done by Rocky and crew. I contacted Rocky and told him what we needed done. Within a few days he had a proposal for us for all 3 buildings. He came to my store and laid out exactly what would be done and how long it would take. He came with brochures outlining what materials would be used. We picked out the shingles we wanted for all 3 buildings, and true to his word, Rocky and crew showed up on February 24th and was finished with all the buildings on February 26th. The crew cleaned up each workday and made sure there were no nails on the driveway and no shingle material in the shrub beds. After completion, you would be hard pressed to find anything out of place. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the workmanship exhibited by the roofers. We would recommend Rocky and his crew to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Rocky and his crew are awesome! Rocky is a professional who knows a lot about roofing and construction in general. His prices are very fair and competitive and quality is excellent. Rocky and his team has completed several projects for me (new roof on our home and painted cabinetry in our kitchen) and the excellent work was completed on time and communication was great all around. Over a year ago, GDC replaced our siding. Rocky and Rick did an excellent job. They organized the job well and finished it quickly thoroughly cleaning up every night. The house looks great and their team is professional, talented and did a fine job. They also installed French doors in our living room and new railings on our steps while doing the siding.

This past October’, Rick replaced our deck and refinished our foundation. The deck and foundation look great. Once again, the team was professional and cleaned up thoroughly each night. Rick organized our town inspections.

Both large jobs were done well. I highly recommend GDC for siding, decks, foundation refinishing, French doors, windows and railings. I have zero complaints.

Rocky and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. Incredible professionals throughout the entire process and honestly our home looks so beautiful, it's almost unrecognizable! We had work done our roof, new siding put on and a few new windows installed (just to name a few!). We're so pleased with the way everything came out and would 1000% recommend GDC to everyone :)

I was in the process of getting estimates to replace my roof and to repair some minor damage on my garage. However, the estimates were extremely high and over my budget. After speaking with several contractors, I noticed a GDC Contracting sign in front of a house in my town that was having their roof replaced. I stopped to look at the project and the crew was doing a great job. I decided to give them a call for an estimate, and it was the best decision that I made. From the beginning, I spoke with Rocky and he was very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. He came over my house to take the proper measurements so he could provide the estimate. I asked Rocky to inspect my chimney for any damages. He looked at my photographs and he also conducted a visual inspection. Rocky said that there was nothing wrong with my chimney. The other contractors were charging me $1600 to $5600 to make this unnecessary repair. Rocky sat with me and he went into complete detail explaining the quality materials that he uses on his roof jobs. He patiently waited and answered all my questions. None of the other contractors were as patient as Rocky. Once he was done with his presentation, I felt extremely confident so we signed the contract and I handed Rocky the deposit. Two weeks later, Rocky and the crew arrived early and they immediately got to work. The crew was polite and friendly. They also answered my questions without any hesitation. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris. The gutter company that Rocky recommended, Pegasus Gutters, also did an excellent job. It was a great experience working with Rocky. I would definitely call him back for any future projects because they also do other remodeling work. I highly recommend GDC Contracting.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this contractor. GDC transformed our 100+ year old house with new siding , windows & gutters. The entire crew worked super hard at addressing all re-construction needs including planning , master carpentry and a highly skilled installers. Everyone was so friendly & responsive I would enthusiastically recommend them.
