I have to give credit where it is due - I think Rocky and his team did a fantastic job. As you can see from the before pics, our house looked like a tri-color pine cone. GDC installed a new roof, siding, 3 windows, a door, and various misc touches and we were very happy with it. Rocky was extremely transparent, gave us great advice when asked, didn’t nickel and dime us, and most importantly did quality work that was on schedule and on budget. I leveled the scope of work with another local contractor and GDC, with price and reputation considered, was a no brainer and we were very happy with the results.
His work crew was very courteous and attentive to our needs (we have young kids) and that was greatly appreciated. They coordinated some work with our preferred HVAC contractor again demonstrating their eagerness to make the whole process as easy and seamless as possible for us.
I will very likely use them for additional interior renovation when the time comes so obviously I recommend their services.

GDC Contracting was an extreme pleasure to work with. We began our process in July of 2023 by reaching out to multiple companies to obtain quotes to have our home’s siding replaced. Rocky from GDC came to our home and spent quite a bit of time walking the property and offering recommendations and confirming exactly what we were looking for. About a week later he returned with a printed copy of the written estimate. Of the quotes that we obtained, GDC’s provided the most detailed information. The quote broke down each aspect of the job and what it would cost, giving us greater confidence in the accuracy of how it would impact our budget. Rocky was very helpful as we made changes to our initial scope of work and investigated materials we might use. Work began in September due to our own delays in making final decisions and a lot of rainy weather. When the crew arrived on the first day, it was very evident that they had been working together for a while and went right to work. The team’s site manager, Marci, was amazing. He handled any questions we had and took care to address any problems that arose as the work was being completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took care to maintain the property as best as possible. The final product is outstanding and we could not be happier with the outcome.

We hired GDC to do our siding, windows, and roof. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! Rocky is the absolute best! He did a great job helping us make decisions and talking us through the project. We were so impressed by the efficiency of the entire team and how quickly the entire project got done. They cleaned up every day and everyone was so great to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and we get so many random compliments on our house from people passing by. HIGHLY recommend!!

GDC Contracting did an awesome job renovating my kitchen. Ricky and his highly skilled team were great and they transformed my old Cape Cod kitchen into an organized, efficient, beautiful workspace. This major renovation included removing soffits and a wall, rearranging lighting and adding outlets. Since I had never renovated a kitchen, I didn’t know what to expect; but, Ricky was very good in keeping me aware of each step along the way and guiding me through this process. During this time I got to know Ricky and his team and I found them to be very honest, dedicated, trustworthy men. Also, they were careful about my property and quickly removed any debris. My neighbor even commented about how clean they kept the property. I am so glad I chose GDC Contracting and I highly recommend them. I have added some pictures of my beautiful new kitchen.

We hired GDC to construct a Trex deck for our backyard. Rocky and team did a fantastic job! Rocky did a great job communicating the entire job from planning to inspection. They took care of all the logistics with ordering materials and inspections with the town. The deck came out great. You can see their work product is very professionally done. I highly recommend Rocky and team!

We were looking to get our basement finished, and GDC had the best intersection of price and scope of work. We were given options for the amount of work to be done at various costs, and Rick worked with us to find the right intersection of budget and features we wanted.

Throughout the work, Rick was always available, and we were able to work through some changes and additions as things became apparent during the work. Any extra charges were all minimal and communicated clearly up front; a lot of the shifts were just thrown in as they didn't create any extra work, and GDC didn't try to turn them into more charges. Rick also talked through cost vs. benefit for some changes and convinced us not to do some things that wouldn't be worth the added expense.

The entire team was respectful of our space and our house, and they were all friendly and did great work. There were a few times where something wasn't done up to GDC's standards, and they redid it without us needing to raise an issue around it.

This was the first major project we contracted out for our house, and we will definitely be calling GDC when we have another one. Just a great experience all around.

We hired GDC to finish our basement , as well as, gut and renovate a bathroom. From estimate to completion, Rick and his team were excellent! They were knowledgeable, detail oriented, expert craftsman, hard working, honest, trustworthy, courteous , respectful, flexible, and kind. Worked out thoughtful solutions when any unforeseen issues arose and guided us through the renovation from start to finish Rick was easy to contact and quick to respond. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them highly and use them again in the future. Thank you!
