Ridiculously overpriced for the quality. Will not be using again. The only reason we used them is because we were late booking with our regular girls Patricia cleaning so much better and half the price! Never again.

I love the girls who come each week. They are friendly and do a great job cleaning my house. With 5 kids and 3 dogs it gets pretty messy some weeks. The girls are wonderful.

I hired this company based on the reviews I read. Contrary to the previous reviews, I was totally disappointed after they left that the refrigerator drawers, crispers downstairs were not cleaned and the washer and dryer were so dirty. They sent 2 people only on a given size of the house so it took them 4 1/2 hours for $160.00/hour.
The per hour rate is ok if they have delivered what was promised.
Please beware and be specific and walk through the house before paying them.. NOT RECOMMENDED,

Martha & Cristina doan excellent job. They pay attention to details. When they finish the floors are immaculate, the countertops and stove top sparkle, the molding is dust free and the house house smells so fresh. I am very pleased with the services of this company.

This team of professionals saved my family when we moved across the country. We walked into our new house, which was so filthy we almost cried. Maria and Julianna were kind, on time, stayed late, and literally never stopped scrubbing. They made our home feel fresh and new. It was a priceless experience for me, and we will call them anytime we need an excellent cleaning crew.

The two women that came to clean my home today were very personable and thorough!They explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions.

They did many things beyond my expectations!

Since it was my first time using Merry Maids I neglected to check the inside of my oven and the front of the cabinets which had not been cleaned. This may have just been my misunderstanding of what is typically done with a regular cleaning or because I didn’t bring it up before the women started. I bring this up not as a criticism but as a word of advice when having them come and review the job at the start, especially the first time.

UPDATED: In response to the Owner’s reply to my review - we called the office to express our concerns multiple times - after finally speaking with the owner Sue, she said she’d get back to us with an update - a week has passed and we still have not heard back…

I have a lot of feelings about the LOW QUALITY and DISHONEST SERVICE provided by this company, but will let the pictures speak for themselves. These were taken AFTER paying $500 for a DEEP CLEAN of my family’s new home (which was empty when the cleaning took place). I urge you to take your business elsewhere to a company that takes pride in their work and actually cares about their customer base.

I wish I read the review from JM a few below mine (who seems to have had an identical, equally bad experience) before making the mistake to engage with this horrible business.

We have 4 dogs, so you can only imagine... Merry Maids were on time, professional, and thorough. They did an outstanding job, and communicated with my daughter, who was home to receive them, throughout the time that they were in my home.

Excellent! Always on time. Very thorough. Maria in the office is very courteous and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
