They were hired to do a deep clean on an empty home. My expectations were clear and they guaranteed to get the job done. They did not even come close to an efficient job.
Kitchen cabinets were not fully cleaned. Baseboards were not touched.
8 rooms were mopped with the same bucket of water. (Confirmed by the cleaner herself).
Pointed out that windows were dirty, she said that she wiped them but “Was not a professional window cleaner”.
Home was empty for 2 months, same cobwebs in the same corners.
Bathroom medicine cabinets were not touched at all. Bottom of every vanity covered in dust.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, her response was “they were there for 7 3/4 hours”. I implored her to go to the home herself so she can get a visual understanding. She had no interest and continued her stance of “They were there.” There guarantees fall extremely short. I guess when you collect money by the hour it does not matter how much work gets done or the efficiency of it.
Something is very telling when they refuse to come check the work of their employees. Like they already know the level of effort provided. I suggest you get your quote from them. Then call the kids across the street and offer them half of it and get twice the job done. Over 900$ and I had to go behind them and clean.

Martha and Christina did a great job cleaning my in-laws house which needed a deep clean. They were on time, very thorough and worked longer than expected to make sure it was completed. I would highly recommend them and Merry Maids to anyone.

Merry Maids are among the best cleaners I have experienced. They leave the house feeling thoroughly clean. All carpets are vacuumed, all floors are mopped, and all surfaces are cleaned. They are cheerful, polite, and easily understand my requests. I highly recommend them.

We recently had a deep clean service and the two workers did a great job. There was a small oversight, but I was really impressed that the owner was willing to come out personally the next day to take care of it. I told him it wasn't necessary, but I truly appreciated the high level of accountability and customer service. I definitely recommend them and look forward to continuing our service..
