Hello my name is Maureen , I was given imperial information from a painter contractor who was were hired to paint my home . However my heater went out and I had to cancel the painting job . Well I was given Imperial Solution number , I contacted the guy who was easy to talk to , he had me send pictures to of my heater , on Jan 28 he came to my home he said it was a yellow cord that I needed , he also had my cousin open up the heater send him pictures and the model
number. After he got to my home and inspected the heater he said that he needed to order another part from Pennsauken store and that would take a day or 2 to receive the part . That was Tuesday and the part should be Wednesday no later than Thursday. I have been calling and texting and nothing , he sent me this . I called and texted asking did you change your mind and nothing , it’s the dead of winter and when I first spoke to the contractor from this company , I felt relieved and I felt I was in good hand , but this guy ghosted me stop answering my text messages and phone calls. Leaving me to search for another heater guy , if I was a man who this have happened. Any single women don’t do business with this company. -

We recently had an issue with our AC unit when the fan motor blew out. Maurice (Mo) from Imperial HVAC was incredibly attentive from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way—letting us know when the part was ordered, shipped, and exactly when he would be out to complete the repair.
Mo was not only professional and efficient, but also very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate my husband and me on energy-saving tips and emphasized the importance of regular filter changes.
We were extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend Mo and Imperial HVAC to anyone in need of reliable HVAC work. Thank you, Mo!
