Tree Patrol did a wonderful job for us! They arrived on the day that they promised with a full crew to do the job properly. They were pleasant and courteous. They removed three trees and ground out the stumps for all of them. After they finished, they cleaned the yard completely and removed all traces of branches and residue. Several weeks later, when we were planting a new tree in the same vicinity, we needed to have the roots ground even further. I called Mo and Tree Patrol came out the very next day to grind the roots even further down! This was wonderful customer service! I have recommended Tree Patrol to several people already and will continue to do so in the future!

This is an amazing company thanks to Mo & Sammy and the tree team! Mo was very personable & professional on the phone. I right away sensed he put the customer’s interests first and was willing to work with us, even suggesting some money-saving tips. You can’t beat their prices. The Tree Patrol team worked professionally and efficiently: they removed the tree in no time. Mo was even willing to work with our schedule. It was a very challenging job because of the amount of utility wires that were involved, but they did it amazingly fast—and safely! They have an excellent work ethic. I would recommend them very highly!

Mo showed up and gave us a quote no hassle,we called him back about it,agreed on a date,the Tree Patrol showed up in the morning and removed the trees. It happened just like that. I contacted Tree Patrol to trim my tree…. They responded within 24 hours, scheduled the job in a timely manner, sooner than expected, the price was very reasonable and they did an AMAZING job… I would highly recommend the company… the sales representative was very knowledgeable and an extremely nice person… thank you Tree Patrol💙

This is the second time we've used Tree Patrol to remove trees and grind out the stumps on our property and we highly recommend them! Mo and his crew are professional and a pleasure to work with. I dont usually leave reviews but I couldnt be any happier with the results of the tree and stump removal with the service from Tree Patrol. I called for a quote and was immediately given a possible day but im not home often and was able to get a driveby quote from Moe of tree patrol. He was very thorough with the process of the tree removal and stump removal that I had. He had inspected my entire home with my permission of course and gave me quotes on everything that he has seen, mind you this was also during this past holiday season of christmas/ new years. They had got me scheduled within a week of seeing the tree and stump and got the job done!!! They did a great job!!! Came on time at 9am and done by 10 exact. Got a tree removed, along with 2 stumps. Will use then in future. Also Sammy was kind enough to come to my home after hours to collect payment. Great job guys!!! Will use them in future.

Highly recommend Mo and the TREE PATROL team! Our beautiful Crape Myrtle tree was long overdue for a “hair cut and shaping”. Mo understood the sentimental value of this beauty. Mo and the team removed one smaller tree and shaped up the other. They were affordable, quick, professional and neat! You didn’t even know they were there! We will definitely have the team back to clean up our gigantic oak tree! Looking forward to seeing our Crape Myrtle in full bloom this summer! Thank you Tree Patrol!

Mo was great at first, but things quickly took a turn. He advised that he could do the work as long as all cars were removed from the driveway. He also recommended removing my fence for better results and said he had someone who could handle it, suggesting the fence be taken down the day before and put back up the day after.

When I explained that this schedule didn’t work for me, there was clearly a lack of communication, as his fence contact still showed up the day before. I then found my own fence contractor who was able to remove the fence the same day in under 10 minutes, which Mo agreed to. He confirmed the plan and stated he would arrive at 9:00 a.m.

At 8:00 a.m. the morning of the job, Mo texted saying he “forgot to mention” that he would need access to my neighbor’s driveway to complete the work. This was never discussed during either of his site visits. Even when I raised concerns about nearby power lines, he assured me his equipment would not interfere and that he only needed my driveway clear.

Springing a major requirement like neighbor driveway access an hour before arrival is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for my time and planning. Unfortunately, what started as a promising experience ended up being frustrating and poorly managed.

I really like this company overall. The phone operator was very kind and the technician was best in what he does. He have the skills as well as the personality.

The Guy came late with an attitude, My sodas had no stains and he boost the price up from what I was originally told. I told him am sorry I couldn’t pay that at the moment maybe next time. He brush out like a 5 year old with a tantrum. And left without saying a word. I thank God he didn’t get to do the job Amen. I did called and advice the operator he should really talk to him about his attitude and how to address people.

In short, I'd say hire Stanley Steemer or another large service instead of this company.

My technician was 4 hours late, and when he arrived told me cleaning my sofa would be more than double what I was quoted on the phone.
I was requesting them to clean a sofa I've had in storage to avoid buying a new one and have to wait the 10+ weeks to receive. For $450 I would expect the best sofa cleaning available but there were obvious missed spots so I had to purchase upholstery cleaner to finish the job myself. They don't accept credit cards, the technician told me only cash or Venmo, and now I've been waiting over 24 hours to get a receipt for the work that was done.

It's time to have my carpet stretched and I wanted to look for a new company to do it. I've found Upholstery & Carpet Woodbridge and they did an amazing job at stretching my carpet. It's good as new! As a first time customer, I'm really satisfied with them. I think I'll be a regular customer here!
