I used them for Antique rug cleaning, and I’m very impressed. My old hand-knotted rug had accumulated dust and stains over the years. They picked it up, cleaned it in their facility, and returned it after about a week. The rug looks clean while still maintaining its antique character.

I had an Oriental Bokhara rug cleaned and repaired by this company. There were worn spots near the center and pet stains near one edge. The team handled everything professionally and the repair work blended naturally into the original pattern. Excellent craftsmanship.

I wasted my entire day waiting for them . The office told me they would arrive between 10-12 and by 4 pm they had not shown up. I wasted an entire work day waiting for them and they did not even called me to keep me informed

They sent out very professional and nice cleaners and they were very efficient. I watched them work and it was amazing how thorough they were. They even explained to me how the process of deep cleaning work.

I would honestly say that this place is very affordable and does quality work! My family has been using them to clean our carpets, especially our antique rugs.

I have not utilized this companies services , however I called to inquire on rates for my mother who needs her rugs cleaned and the women who answered the call was not customer service oriented at all quite the contrary she was rude. I do admit I asked what the rates are and what the process is but only because it is the first time using this type service and I wanted to be able provide my mother with details. I hope others have a better experience the first time they call.

My Oriental rug has taken a lot of beating in the past few months. Foot traffic in our home had risen due to the many visitors who came by during the holiday season. Had my rug picked up for Free and it was steam cleaned to perfection.

Our new puppy peed on our queen sized mattress. We had to clean it the same day and these guys were up to the task. The quote was fair and the steam cleaning removed the urine stain and odor from our mattress. No need to sleep on the couch any longer our mattress is as good as new.

This carpet cleaner agency was able to come to my home, on very short notice, to clean my oriental carpets. They did a great job and they even made a 30 year old bedroom carpet look great and brand new. I will definitely call this company again.
