When our water storage tank failed and we had no heat this winter, the entire crew at W.B. Steward & Son were incredible. They helped us take advantage of rebates and loans that were available and took the time to review and discuss our options. While we were without heat and hot water, they were kind enough to let us us borrow a portable water heater, so we had hot water when we needed.
The work they did was top-notch and they were able to get it done ahead of time. As a technically-minded person, I had plenty of questions and they were happy to take the time to answer all of them. They also showed me everything I needed to know about my new hot water heater.
As with any project you end up fixing one thing, only to find out there was an issue somewhere else that you didn't know about. It turns out, I had a bad thermostat in one of the rooms. When I called to let them know, they had someone out the same day. They double-checked their work, verified it wasn't a problem, and helped me find out it was thermostat. True professionals, all of them. And shout-out to Patty at the office who was always cheerful and incredible helpful, no matter how many questions I had.

I had a 30 year old heater and a/c unit replaced. Don Jr. and company had replaced my neighbor's system so I called and had the same system installed based on their recommendation.
It's only been 3 months but I am amazed at the efficiency and quietness of the system. Jeffrey and Micheal's attention to detail during installation was very much appreciated. Don Jr. made me feel that my business was very much appreciated and he took all the time I needed to explain operation of the heat pump.
The building permit inspector even commented on the quality of their work.

We have been dealing with WB Steward & Son for many years and every time we need them, they are there. As a customer, they have never taken us for granted and it seems like they treat us better every year. Their maintenance service work has always been great. I guess we have been lucky because we were never in an emergency situation since we started dealing with them. Our air-conditioner has always worked in the summer and our heater has always worked in the winter. I consider them a good find especially in this day and age when it is hard to find people that care.

We have been customers of W.B Steward & Sons for quite some time now. We have used them for maintenance on our heating and AC units and most recently, hired them to install a new thermostat and a humidifier for our heating system due to the dryness in the house. They are always on time, professional, friendly, and do quality work. I highly recommend them!

I have used these guys a few times now and they have been top notch. I just had them come service my AC unit and the technician discovered that there was a gas leak at one of the valves to my water heater, which had nothing to do with why they were even there. This allowed me to get this repaired immediately! I highly recommend and will only use these guys for all my HVAC needs in the future.

When our AC broke down overnight in the middle of a heatwave, W.B. Steward was able to respond out the next day. Their technicians were professional, caring, and were able to easily explain everything that needed to be done. We ended up needing a new condenser, and they were able to install it within a couple of days despite other companies giving wait times of up to two weeks. The company owner gave us multiple options with different price ranges and didn’t push the most expensive option on us. We were able to get a great new system with 0% financing. They even reworked some of our ducts to better cool a large addition room that we’ve always had issues with - at no additional cost. The company owner reached out the evening of the service as well as the following morning to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and we will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

After my HVAC man of 40 years retired, I needed a new one. A friend recommended W.B. Steward and Son and I have been happy with them for the past four years. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. The owner, Don, was recently on site throughout the process of selecting, installing, and doing follow-up monitoring of a new central air system. All the technicians knew what they were doing, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

So We finally decided to switch from oil heat to gas and add central air .We met with Don, the owner who thoroughly explained our options. Mike and the crew were polite, clean and super professional. They even took the extra time to put the new thermostat in the same place as the old one which was quite. challenge as there was an obstruction we were not aware of. Mike was very informative during the process and completely explained why and what they were doing. We are very pleased with the new heater and am sure we will be happy when we finally get to use the air conditioner. So we decided to convert from oil heat to gas, and we gladly inherited this fabulous company from the previous owner of our home. I don’t even know where to begin. We first met Don to go over everything, as he is extremely nice and professional. Needless to say, his crew were also exactly that! (Mike, Rob & Dan)
So efficient and friendly. Always explaining what they were doing as they were going. Also to add, they noticed a gas leak coming from our neighbor’s house and let them know! Our neighbor even mentioned that she had heard excellent things about this company! In closing, our new “state of the art” gas system has finished being installed and we couldn’t be happier! I would absolutely positively, recommend them to anyone that is in need of service and/or installation. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for such professionalism and efficiency! We are extremely pleased!

We have used 3 different companies over 10 years on a unit that had issues from the start. A neighbor recommended WB Stewart and we now have a company we can trust and a unit that we can depend on. Mike and his team had some challenges and special requests from us when replacing the unit and they were efficient, profession and meticulous with the work. Highly recommend! We've been using WB Steward for our home and our business for more than 15 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. Their maintenance program is great and affordable for keeping our HVAC in good condition. Whenever we have an emergency they are out the same day to at least diagnose if not completely fix the issue.

I placed a call Sunday night. They came out Monday at one as she was squeezing me in Thankfully, they came out ASAP and my heater had to be shut down due to the carbon monoxide which I did not detect Don came out Tuesday morning n took measurements. On Wednesday morning they were here 830 with a new heater. Very professional very efficient very trustworthy. Very EVERYTHING 👏👏👏 I had to run out and was comfortable doing that !!

When my heater stopped working right before I was leaving on vacation, Don and his guys worked quickly to install a new unit. They were able to help me set up partial financing through South Jersey Gas and made the entire process really easy for me. This is the second time that W.B. My AC stopped working, i called at 8am someone was here by 10:30 and by 11:15 i had a working system. Quick friendly and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. I recommend!
