Nasir jones was a pleasure to have working on our clogged drain issue. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what he needed to do after listening to my explanation of the problem. Fixed it in about 1/2 hour. Great prompt service. I always use Harris.

I had a great experience with Harris Plumbing so far. I called in the morning to get a plumber in as soon as possible due to a leak discovered over the weekend. Mehmet Ceyhan came about three hours after that initial call. He was easy going, personable, explained things well, and he worked VERY hard!
Over the next NINE hours he went out in the snow (we had a major snow storm over the weekend and the snow and ice have not melted), took out my old water heater, brought in a new one, up and down my stairs by himself!!! He installed it, changed a bathroom faucet and lines and valves and made sure everything was working correctly. He set me up for financing quickly and easily for all of this work. And he will return today to work on the same bathroom’s tub. Thank you for being so professional and hard working. Keep up the great work!

Niles was extraordinary. He was at our house for hours fixing an internal pipe break. He gave us work and pricing options and walked us through each one. The end job looks great. I'd recommend Niles to anyone needing a reliable and professional plumber.ǰ

I called for service with their office. 10 minutes later I got a call. In a half hour service people will be coming out. They cleaned my heater out. And, replaced thermostat panel. The service technician, Michael Celli, explained everything thing and showed me pictures of all the two technicians did. Michael Celli went above and beyond. They both did. Excellent service. Also, explained how to work the thermostat and how to change the batteries when needed. And cleaned up afterwards too. I was very impressed with the quality of service. Also, price was not over whelming. And, the office, the receptionist. I explained how I get paid tomorrow. If I could give them a check to be deposited tomorrow? She said yes. She understood. We will send you someone out today. You don't have to what till tomorrow. They are a company with a heart. I also signed up to become a member. I'm sure all their technicians give the same service. But, if I need service again I would like Michael Celli again. Thank You!!! Anyone needing service for heating, plumbing, or, electrical. You need to call Harris. You will be happy with their service and price. 5 Star company.

Great experiences with Harris techs. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Prompt responses to both service calls & visits. Equipment is state of the art and they provide an abundance of information along with useful recommendations. Props to Dalton who was terrific on AC unit repair/maintenance! Thank you!

Royce was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He addressed the current need for which I contacted the office and did an assessment of our overall electrical status. His work was excellent and thorough. Royce went the extra mile to address my preference of color for electrical outlets for which I was very appreciative. I will not hesitate to share Harris Plumbing and Heating Company with others.
Incidentally, when I first called the office for service, the staff was kind and accommodating.

John was amazing! He was thorough and recommended a fix that made sense for our home. He talked through options with us and ensured we were comfortable with the fixes. The rapid response of Harris overall was unheard of. We will definitely be using them again.

Nasir Jones, from Harris plumbing is honest, prompt, and excellent in his trade. He arrived on time, conference with his team and gave us an estimate, so I knew up front what the job would cost. He then did the job in a smart professional way. He is courteous, fast, and efficient. If any issues arise I will be sure to call Harris and request Nasir Jones again.

While Harris was a day late getting to my appointment, my repair man Quentin made up for it. He thoroughly inspected my electrical issue to find the cause. Even though I need a different repair specialty to fix it, Quentin still took the time to explain what the problem may be and ensured I understood. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Quentin at Harris.

Dylan was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the issues clearly in a way that made it easy to understand. He made suggestions, but no pressure or upsells. I was also offered multiple different levels of service and ways to pay. They made it very convenient. They also completed the job in one day on the heels of an incoming winter storm.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due! From the moment Mr. King introduced himself to me, I immediately felt I was in the presence of a Professional Service Man that was not only Courteous & Polite, but also was genuinely interested in understanding my issues & concerns regarding my Oil Burners! He asked me to show him both of my oil burners in order for him to get a clear picture of what he would be dealing with And so he could bring in ALL the necessary & proper tools that he may be needing! As he began the process of servicing my unit, he went out of his way to EXPLAIN & IDENTIFY what & why he was doing as he went along! Very educational to me and it gave me a strong feeling of confidence that he really knew what he was doing! It only took a few minutes for me to see that he is a Professional & has complete knowledge of the job he was performing! I consider Mr. King to be a great asset to HARRIS & Co. & I give him a 5 STAR RATING! A perfect example of HOW a Pro service Tech should Represent himself & his Employer! Great communication with Harris. Making appointments is easy, they give you a window, and always give me a heads up when they will be arriving. All of the techs are amazing, so courteous and professional. Omar was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I like the "club" option they offer so you get regular cleanings for a low monthly membership that includes discounts if you do need a repair. I had a filter system installed and it is amazing. I have a family member with allergies, and it has made a noticeable difference. I highly recommend Harris.

We had Royce come out for our electrical
Inspection. He was informative and very skilled in explaining his recommendations around our house. He ultimately helped replace a few of our outlets and he did it in speedy time. Very thankful for the work he’s done for us. Very friendly and respectful.

We had an incredible experience with our electrician Marvin. We lost power to half of our downstairs the night before Christmas Eve. Lost the tree and all of our lights. He was here the morning of and it only took less than two hours to find the problem and fix it! He literally saved our Christmas! It was a fantastic experience and extremely affordable, especially for an emergency on a holiday. Thank you Marvin!

I had a fantastic experience having natural gas lines moved and new valves/trim box installed. Mike and his partner were both very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They worked quickly, cleanly and made this project way less of a headache than it could have been. I will 100% be bringing all my plumbing needs to them and I suggest you do too.

I emailed a request for a quote. They called me back fast and scheduled an appointment. They sent a bio of the technician, Jason S., via text. i thought that was a great touch. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job.
Regarding the price, they replaced a 10ft section of easily accessible kitchen drain pipe in the basement. I thought it may have been a little high for what needed to be done. But don't really know. Haven't had plumbing done in a long time. The main thing is it was done the same day.
I would use them again in the future and would recommend them.

Wow! Quinton`s customer service is top notch. I was very pleased with the way he explained what my issues were and then he proceeded to execute and complete the job. I'm definitely telling my family and friends to request him if they ever need help. I wonder if Harris would consider being under contract with State of NJ

Post review: They failed the second inspection… I don’t think the guy who came to install the outlet didn’t know the local ordinance for GFI outlet. So annoyed and disappointed.

We hired this company to install an EV charging outlet in our garage, and the experience was very disappointing. The installation failed inspection because it wasn’t properly grounded and wasn’t mounted on studs. When they came back to fix it, instead of correcting the original spot, they had to move the outlet to another location and had to cover the previous hole…. The new installation also looks very unprofessional, with rough drywall cuts, gaps, and visible damage around the outlet. For the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner and more competent job. Will not recommend this company for EV charger outlet installation.

The service was great. The technician, Jean Cepeda, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the job. I only gave you 4 stars because I believe the price was a little more than I was expecting. But we needed the faucet replaced quickly because it was leaking into the cabinet below the sink. Jean did a great job.
