I needed a full replacement of my aging furnace and A/C. Harris was great from the diagnosis to estimate to actual replacement. They informed me of the risk to my old furnace without using scare tactics to sell me. Lee was thorough and transparent in his sales estimate (thanks Lee!). Andre, lead installation tech, was great in his communication and did an amazing job on the install. Thank you all!

I had another good experience with Harris Plumbing. Sean Henderson was excellent. He took his time answering all our questions and made it a point that we understood what he was explaining. He completed the work quickly and professionally. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Sean.

The appointment started out rocky due to a miscommunication about the scheduled arrival time. Once that was settled, the repair began. There were no issues that I was made aware of. Both Harry M and Tim were friendly and professional. Harry explained everything that would happen and the repair went as planned. They did not have to remove the vanity which was a plus. The only issue we have is pieces of concrete/cement was left in chunks on the grass. It looks unsightly and was not that way when they arrived. Other than that, all my questions and concerns were addressed. Pricing seemed high but everything seems to be high these days.

UPDATE: Flooring install complete on 10/30/25. Call Harris the same day so a plumber can come back out to put the toilet back in the bathroom. Call 3X, left a vm, nothing. No response. No call back. Nothing. Called the next day, 10/31/25.. I talked to two different people who kept transferring me and then I would get sent to vm. I got frustrated and cussed out one CSR and hang up. I wait 30 mins and finally get to speak with Kristy who claims to not have received my messages. I finally get on the schedule for a tech to come out. Kristy tells me, Greg will be out by 1pm. 1pm comes and goes. I call back. I have an appointment and I need to leave. Anthony comes out after 330pm when I get back home. He puts the toilet back in the bathroom. The previous techs did not drain the toilet tank before removing it and there was some water leakage onto the new flooring. Anthony takes care of it like a pro. His demeanor is very professional, friendly and efficient. I am changing my rating to 2 stars because the previous techs (Harry & Tim) left concrete all over our grass and now we have concrete rocks in the grass and steps and the customer service in the office was lacking.

My experience with Harris Plumbing services was amazing! Very good price excellent and fast service my plumbing Sean and his helper make me feel very comfortable and respected me a lot! I felt with friends on my house! I recommend to everyone Harris Plumbing services! They are excellent! Very happy client!

My overall experience with Harris Plumbing was excellent. Giovanni is a wonderful, brilliant technician electric technician. He’s wonderful to work with he goes above and beyond. I wish I had a son like him. This is the type of person that I would love to do business with and he represents a company that has a good reputation Giovanni went over all the instructions on how the electrical lights that I needed to be put up an order he told me how it needed to be done and what the cost would be and I understood everything that he stated to me even though I’m going to you know wait a little bit before getting the work done. I wanted to say that he made my day and he’s a wonderful gentlemen God bless all of you guys at Harris plumbing and I’m sure like you told him you ought to be proud to have a person like Giovanni working for you. He’s an excellent amazing

Had a great experience with Harris. They put in a new circuit breaker box new breakers, and a breaker outside under the meter a fan for our bathroom new switch in the bathroom for light and fan and two ground rods and they made sure that they cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Harris Heating, Plumbing and Electrical did an awesome job installing my neighbors new heater and air conditioner. I definitely would recommend them and the price was great. Antonio Sassi and his team worked non stop and got the installs done quickly. Great job. Thanks.

Extremely disappointed the more I use this company. First time went fine for a shower handle leak. Second time, not only did I use them to replace my furnace/hot water heater and now left with $22.5k to repay for the unit they put in, it had 3 different issues within minutes, hours, and days of them installing it. Disappointing to spend that kind of money and not be offered anything, let alone an apology, for the inconvenience. Third time now, major shower leak that spread all 3 floors of my house, water everywhere, told me (at 1:30pm) someone will be out. 30 minutes later I get a call saying they couldn’t come until the next day. I get the confirmation text 7:30pm the night before and I confirm them coming between 8-10am. It’s now 9:30am day of, and I called to check in because the technicians usually call or text about an hour before coming. They tell me “oh yeah he called out sick so you’re next on the next technicians list.” WOW. Would have been great to know that so I wouldn’t be waiting around since 7am. I also paid for the yearly membership through them and again, gave them $22.5k of business 2 months ago, and this is what this company gives me. Extremely disappointed to say the least. They could really use better customer service and customer appreciation. So much for being a loyal customer.

I called Harris to remove an old telephone cable from my house. The technician Ed Carmenzind punched a hole in our siding with his ladder and put a staple through our siding resulting in more damage. I have never called a company to charge me hundreds of dollars to cause damage to the side of my house. I would not recommend Harris and I would not recommend Ed for any repairs in the future. I am most dissatisfied with this company. They have agreed to send a contractor to fix the damage and I will update this review once it has been fixed

Harris was very communicative and sent their contractor, John who fixed our siding good as new. You cannot tell any damage was done. I appreciate their customer service and response time fixing the damages!

Pascual, our tech, was wonderful, professional, and extremely helpful. He did a fantastic job with our new hot water heater install. Thank you again, Harris, for baking us out of yet another emergent issue. This time a year ago, we need to have our heater/AC unit replaced. I would never go anywhere else! Harris has been a pleasure working with.

Our experience with Harris has been absolutely fantastic! From Dalton our service tech discovering our unit was in really poor condition he immediately arranged Mike our comfort Advisor to come out and take a look and quote us on a new unit. We loved his presentation we signed and we were on the schedule the next day! The installation crew was absolutely phenomenal that came out. Incredibly polite efficient and cleaned up all of their stuff before walking us through our new unit and showing us all the new bells and whistles! We will definitely be working with this company for years to come!

This company is fantastic! We called them to come fix an outlet when our Christmas lights went out late afternoon and they came the next morning. Then we were having trouble hanging a chandelier since it had many arms to it and we requested at the same technician Scott Childs to come back and help us with that and he came the next day and got it hung with ease.

My mother had a light hanging in her kitchen that only two of the eight lights worked. She didn’t want to get rid of it because she picked it out with my sister who since passed away. I asked Scott to come see if he could perform a Christmas miracle and he certainly did! He could not fix it the first time he came out because he had to order parts for it. He came back out a few days later and fixed it very promptly. We were told by two other technicians that couldn’t be fixed. It was reasonable too! Don’t hesitate to call this company and ask for Scott.

Brett came out to install a new 200AMP panel and said he was waiting for PSEG to come out to turn off the electricity. I said can't you do it he said I feel very uncomfortable doing it due to the weather with the snow and being so cold he said he would call dispatcher to see if PSEG was coming out . Then said will have to reschedule for tomorrow well another electrician csme out at 9:30AM and started around 1:00PM I went out to check on the progress nothing was explained on the install so where the new outside meter box had to be installed it was moved over and longer in length and left about 10 inches of no siding . When I questioned it he said that's how it's installed but I will cover it up. Yes with a 2X2 peice of white plastic so now its 8:30PM and still not finished had to come back a day later at 11:30 AM to finish the panel inside the garage and didn't finish until 7:30PM 20 hours to install a new 200 AMP panel RIDICULOUS . Then forgot the smoke detectors so 4 days later came back and that was the only thing they did with no difficulties I will never recommend this company to anyone previous customers told me for not use them. I should have listened
Update February 9th 2026 did not know that the electrician Raymond did not turn on are solar panel and finish connecting something inside the box for the solar line to the braker. Then noticed that Raymond arched the box with one of the hot wires and did not say anything to me until another electrician came out to fix the problem . Unbelievable even the electrician said Raymond should have said something.

Royce did my electric he communicated well, kept me informed and explained to me every detail. Also help me get every discount possible so now I’m a member. Johnny was the plumber He was fast, quick and efficient. I would recommend those guys any day and if I ever had a problem, I would call for the same exact workers who worked on my house today.

I can't say enough good things about Harris Heating and Plumbing. The guy Sean came over, gave me a great price. Went over everything with me, was very informative and helpful. With understanding everything. They set up an appointment because I needed one of their parts that following Sunday, which is like 3 days later. They came out, spent about 2 hours fixing everything. Flushing on my system, and was completely happy with everything. Everything looks amazing, and you can see in the pictures. Definitely a company to use. Definitely using them again.
