I put an addition on my home 11 years ago and added a 2nd zone. Chris and his crew took care of all of the mechanicals. They were friendly, courteous, and neat. Chris has been taking care of all of my mechanicals since. The A/C in my 1st zone just went out on me that first near 90 degree day. I called him and told him I needed his help, and he was out next day. His prices are good, he is dependable, and he does not try to oversell. What more can you ask of a contractor.

I just had a new Heating and AC system installed by another contractor, but I couldn't get them to finish up the work (cold air returns, startup the AC, etc.) I finally turned to Arctic HVAC. Chris came on a Saturday and immediately got my AC up and running. He also scheduled me for the rest of the work. He was professional and explained everything as he went along. I will continue to use Arctic for all my HVAC needs. I only wish I had started with them for my original installation.

My central air conditioner went down. I spoke to several people who highly recommended Chris of Arctic Heating & Cooling of Wrightstown, N.J. I called Chris and he checked the unit. He is not a high pressure sales guy. We both came to the conclusion that it was time for a new unit. The price was better than I expected. He came with his crew and installed not just the new unit but new lines to connect them to each other. His guys stayed in sweltering heat and finished this job. This new unit is the best I ever had. Now I can complain about being cold and not hot. LOL! They were very professional and neat. I highly recommend them!

Chris is a very nice guy, easy to talk to I explained I needed some duck work replaced and he understood. I am guessing I need about six replaced lengths 6 - 12 foot lengths roughly.
But he didn't want to do it and when I asked again and wanted a price he stated $8,000.00. So if I need 50 feet of flex duck he was charging me about $160.00 a foot.
But refused to do the job.
So. I have to find another.

The experience with Arctic Heating & Cooling was second to none. The owner and employees are professional and courteous. The work they performed was superior and reasonably priced. There were no hiccups or unexpected surprises while the work was being performed. Great company to select for any repairs or upcoming projects!

Unit under warranty minimal charge. Arctic installed our HVAC system in 2012 and with exception of PM services; this is 1st time we needed to call him back! Chris from Arctic Heating & Cooling diagnosed and fixed a problem at my father-in-law's home that one of the big name companies could not solve. He fit in the service call late in the day and stayed until the A/C system was working smoothly. His bill was fair and reasonable. I'd recommend Arctic without hesitation.

Chris is seriously the best! He’s honest, reliable and efficient. There’s an answering service that relays all the messages which have always been followed up timely. Even on the hottest days, Chris has been responsive! I won’t call anyone else!

We had our heater and air conditioner replaced. We had four estimates from four different companies. Artic air was the only company out of the four who properly installed the right size heater to our home's square footage. They were extremely professional and very detailed oriented. Extremely happy with this company. I had 2 young guys here for 7 hours installing new AC unit/compressor. I had no idea how long it would take. But they were very professional. Can’t say enough about arctic heating and cooling. Chris and his guys know their stuff. Got 4 quotes to replace my heat pump. These guys had the best price by far. A lot of contractors are out there trying to take advantage of people. Not these guys. Good people doing good work. Will definitely use them again.

Such a refreshing experience to have a company that really cares for their clients. Chris, was so professional-down to earth gentlemen and so patient dealing with my a/c unit, which wasn't an instant aha moment. Our heat stopped working and started blowing cold air. We called Arctic the next day, they were here within 30-45 mins. He was very professional and talked us through everything he was doing so we can be knowledgeable in the future of our furnace. We would definitely use the service again.
