Very happy with the service that Arctic provided, I called for my heating system to be repaired they came out the same day and got the job done. Chris was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable, the service tech that came out and did the repair did a great job as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs hvac service.

I called in the morning and Chris quickly replied and was ready and willing to come out the same day! My wife and I were especially happy because of the terrible summer heat. He called around 10am and made it to us by 2pm. He was personable and worked efficiently, he had our AC up and running by 2:30pm. I would highly recommend Chris and his team at Artic Heating and Cooling to anyone! They will now be our go to for any issues we encounter.

Chris was a complete pro from the moment I called. An old, cracked drip pan needed to be replaced. Within a week he had his team out to hoist the entire HVAC unit up and replace the pan, then he stuck around to finish up while the rest of his crew efficiently moved on to another job. The whole process took about an hour, and Chris was happy to explain every step of the process and to give me tips on how to maintain the system. He's a true pro, and he'll be our go-to HVAC guy for as long as he is in business. Thanks, Chris!

Arctic, which is run by Chris, has been our contractor for over a decade. He has installed systems for us and other family members and always delivered on price and the work. He's always happy to explain the difference in cost and performance between different systems. And he's also bailed us out on short notice when we've had any problems, as in two days ago in the late evening when our thermostat quit and we had no heat. Recommend without reservation.

Chris went out of his way to send a few spot heaters so that they were not frozen. He was so empathic and kind, and followed up with me to ask how they were doing. If you have to spend your money on repairs, isn't is best to choose a loyal kind person? And this reflects very well on the company.

Arctic is what all contractors should be. Chris quickly pinpointed the leak in our coil and Shaun replaced our air handler the next day, doing good work at the best price we've seen. They reshaped our filter mount for a better fit, made fewer joints in the high pressure line and added a missing condensate trap, positioned perfectly. Even registered our warranty to double its length.
They are honest, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable. In HVAC it's common to "get what you pay for"--or less. From Chris and Shaun, you get more.

Chris and his team (Shaun, David, and Zack) did an amazing job swapping out a very old AC unit and installed a new heat pump for us a few months ago. The new unit was installed perfectly and they kept my home so clean during and after the job was completed. Moved into my house two years ago and didn’t know much about my heating/cooling unit and was dealing with some issues that I couldn’t fix myself, lucky for me I called Arctic and dealt with Chris to service my unit, turned out it was a faulty breaker in the heat pump unit. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable with everything I needed help with. You look for a company that can leave you feeling comfortable with the service done in your house and not break the bank at the same time, and I was completely satisfied by the time it was all said and done. Very affordable compared to other places in this area and they won’t make you spend money if you don’t absolutely have to. For 25 years, Chris, at Arctic Air, has been servicing my family's home. He has always been extremely honest, very fair and reliable. Our heater broke today, the coldest day of this season. Chris returned our call within 15 minutes, was here in two hours and fixed our heater. What could have been a serious, costly issue resulting in freezing pipes, was averted due to Chris's quick response. I highly recommend him.

Chris got back to us quickly in regards to our repair even when we told him it wasn't an emergency. Turned out it was more of an emergency than we thought - so he got right to work on ordering our part. He was professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

My heat went out the day before Christmas while my family was in town and I called around and no one seem to be open accept for Arctic. Chris came out and got me heat up in running till I could replace my failing furnace. I got to have heat for the holidays! After that we got a appointment to get my new furnace in and it is amazing my old one was to old at all but sounded like a rocket ship when it came on this new one is nice and quite and heats better then the old ever could and was installed fast. I can't thank them enough for helping out over the Christmas they really are the best!!

There should be a way to award a bonus star for Artic Heating and Cooling. This company operates on higher ground than most. They went above and beyond for me and my family. Called in a panic on the hottest day of the year and Chris was out and done within 2 hours. The level of honesty and professionalism is unmatched in any industry. Chris was a gentleman, went the extra step in cleaning the unit after diagnosing the problem within a minute. Never attempted an upsell. Was transparent!!! Answered all my questions, shared his wealth of knowledge. I will be a customer for life. Best of all, I encountered the exact issue years ago and at that time I panicked and called a large HVAC company who wanted to replace the system but ultimately fixed the issue when I said I’d get a second opinion. Today I learned the real cost, much less than the big guys and no upsell. The reviews of Chris and Artic’s honesty and integrity are true. Thank you Chris and the Artic team!

We recently had to unexpectedly replace our heating & cooling system. After interviewing several contractors, we went with Arctic. My husband who has worked with General Contractors for over 40 years was very impressed with Chris when he came to our home. He measured our rooms to determine what size unit we actually needed! Chris's team did an excellent job for us - they came in and did their work professionally. They wore shoe covers, worked neatly and efficiently and cleaned the space perfectly before they left. Chris took the time to explain throughly the issues with the old central A/C system and the cost of temporary repairs or replacement with new efficient system.
