Very impressed with the services we received. Everyone was so kind and informative, most of all super thorough! The team went above and beyond, special thanks to Miguel, Micheal, Jesus, Q, Xyac, and Kevin. There were others who came each day with Michael and Miguel...they were awesome too!

We have used Stop Restoration twice and both times they did not disappoint. The owner contacted us immediately after our agent got in touch with him regarding the flood in our kitchen (both times). He had a crew on the job quickly, and both times they were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, explanative, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job the first time cleaning up our soppy mess, and attacking the mold issue behind our cabinets, and setting up fans to dry out everything, and recently, testing our walls for water saturation, and drilling holes on the bottom of our cabinets to dry them out from the ground up before mold could set through. Which I thought was pretty cool. I loved how they were willing to work with us through the process. Thank you all for the great work! I definitely will use again if I need to, and highly recommend.

Miguel and Dustin with STOP were great. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Miguel kept us updated every step of the process with our mold remediation! He was very thorough!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from StopRestoration! The containment removal was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but Michael and Miguel, who were heading to another job in Grants, reached out to see if I’d like it done a day early. I jumped at the chance—yes, yes, yes! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped keep my project on track.
Everyone who worked on the job site was excellent: professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any similar work—top-notch team all around!

We hired STOP to help with an apt clean out that included some biohazard cleaning. The company was very responsive. Zach, the project manager, kept us apprised at every step of the process. The young men handling the cleanout, both Ethans, did an excellent job. The project was costly but STOP provided first rate service in a time sensitive situation. Zach worked with us to bring the scope of the project down and thereby save some money.

Stop restoration came out quickly to evaluate the situation and began water removal, installing fans and making sure we were comfortable with everything right away. All of the crew that came out everyday to make sure the process ran smoothly and efficiently were friendly and curtious. We were always notified at each visit the time they would be out the next day or over the weekend. We are very pleased with the process and the timely manner they took. Thanks to Kevin, Ethan, Miguel, Jose, and others whose names I may have forgotten.

Manuel and his crew did a great job removing and replacing our driveway and entryway. The project started and completed on schedule and when they were finished our property was thoroughly cleaned up.

A year has gone by and the work still looks amazing. I decided to add more concrete to my front driveway. Sunday we spoke, Monday Manuel came by to measure and give me an estimate. Manuel is a really nice guy and his team works very hard. The driveway was done in 2 days and it looked great! I did see a few mishaps and brought them to Manuel’s attention but he was dismissing me by assuring me it was fine. I did get a second opinion and there were a few things that needed a touch up so Manuel did come back and fix it himself. I appreciate the hard work and it really looks great.

Unreliable and Untrustworthy. Representative Mr. Manuel Martinez came by and told us he would get back with us in a couple of days with a quote. He never did. I don't understand people who say they are going to do something, but never do. This lack of response is disappointing and raises questions about dependability and reliability. "Reliable Concrete" is NOT Reliable. Mr. Martinez made a simple commitment but failed to honor it.

Reliable concrete was very quick and efficient. They tore out our old driveway and finished the new one by 4pm that same day. The crew was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
