Best company and price for the job. They paved a secondary driveway for me and couldn’t be more happy with the results. I will definitely have them do future work and recommend them to other people looking for quality work.

Left a voicemail on 8/26/19 regarding this truck having a cooler fly out of the bed going south on 25 outside of Santa Fe at speeds between 75 and 85MPH. I was behind the truck when it happened and was able to avoid it. The white truck in my mirror also witnessed it and was keeping pace with them. After I passed the cooler I saw cars in my rearview mirror swerve to avoid it as well. I saw several vehicles veer off to the shoulder but wasn't able to tell if there was an accident due to it. It's been two days and no one has called me back with any concern for this matter. I offered them the picture of the truck. Way to be an accountable company.

This company took over 2 years to complete a 2 mile stretch on Hwy 47, adding one lane. Meanwhile, another company demolished an old bridge, put up a new bridge over rio grande in los lunas, including curbs, sidewalks, landscaping in half of that time.

Huge dodge ram going fast on Barcelona rd. Zero regard for the safety of the residential area. Sped through the front of church in front of the elementary school and all the way down. You can tell how good a company is based on how they respect the community.

Thank you Star Paving for digging a big hole in which to lay my beloved pet who died unexpectantly this morning. I live a half mile from the construction site from the rotary in Cedar Crest/Sandia Park. I simply asked to speak to the boss man and he sent out a driver to follow me home. Rest in Peace my beautiful Elfin Charles Norman Pearce. You will be missed...

Star Paving did a great job with our parking lot in a very high-visibility and high-traffic area. The paving was done cleanly and the striping was neat and even. I would recommend Star Paving for any resurfacing needs.

Great experience from start to finish. The crew did excellent concrete work on my back patio—everything came out clean, level (reason for the new work), and exactly as promised. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Daniel was super responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. Areas are flaking and rough, expansion material is deformed from trying to pound it in. Just overall poor job.

I recently hired K & B for a residential construction project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Old patio concrete was crumbling, and pushing water towards the house. K&B demoed all of it, and poured new concrete to replace - with color and stamping.

They were very responsive in giving the initial quote – which was far better than I got from any of the other concrete companies in town. They got me on the schedule within a week and finished the job just as fast.

After obtaining many estimates from other companies I went with K & B concrete for my block wall. I am very happy with the result. They were professional, courteous and quick and cleaned up when the project was finished. My wall looks great!

I went to a local landscape supplier today inquiring about 3/4" poly tubing. The sales guy said they sell 100' rolls, I only needed 5'. An upstanding gentleman overheard our conversation and said he had at least a 6' piece of scrap left over that I could have. I walked out to his truck and sure enough, he had exactly what I needed and gladly gave it to me. I notice the logo on his truck and it said Art's Landscaping. If these are the type of folks working for this company, I would gladly use them for any and all landscape projects. I work for a large general contractor, so to see this type of courtesy and generosity, makes me proud to work in this industry!

Had to redo the foundation for a double metal gate almost immediately after it was installed, because this outfit neglected to establish a proper foundation for it, and it sagged within months. When I asked Art Lujan to correct the problem, he informed me that the problem was due to the ground being wet because of the sprinkler system (which was in place long before the gate was installed, so Art should have figured that into the gate design). Art refused to honor his work, so I had to pay for the re-installation myself. When the gate was removed in order to repair the problem, we discovered that there was only about 2 inches of concrete for the foundation, and nothing more. Now, I will need to replace and/or repair the very expensive pergola Art installed in my backyard a mere 4 or 5 years ago, for the exact same reason (only this time, there's no concrete or foundation at all, causing an extremely dangerous situation where the pergola could topple at any moment.
I would NEVER recommend this company for any landscaping work, as they seem to specialize in shoddy workmanship, poor design and failure to back up their work when there are problems. They DO know how to mow lawns, so there's that.
