I had Paul and his guys come pour a slab for my house and not only did they do exceptional work but took care of the plans and permits no questions asked quality work done ahead of schedule and for a fair price I would recommend him for any project you have....

Tried calling this company to get an estimate and their automated phone system took me into loop of existential dread! I just wanted to speak to someone in general and pressed 0 but the voicemail for Erna Smith was full and couldn't get connected to anyone else.
Soooo how do I actually get a hold of someone?

We weren't able to experience the "wonders" of this company. We scheduled a time for the landscaping company to come by. No one showed, and our multiple calls were not returned.

David came to our house and was very personable however once our fountain was installed we were unable to get him for simple service such as clean up and maintenance (which he provides as a service) At this point we have been calling for 3 weeks over 10 calls to him and no response. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Horribly unprofessional. It took several back and forth phone calls to get a hold of David every time we tried to contact them. We had to have our quote redone 4 times because they kept mixing up which block wall was getting raised to which height. They were in charge of getting a permit for our wall from the city since it would be over 6 feet and he tried to get a permit from the wrong city (Rio Rancho instead of Albuquerque) despite having been to the property several times and having our address. He and his crew showed up several times unannounced to "look at the property" before installation. Then when we actually scheduled a day, they were no shows. After waiting half the day and calling them, we found out the crew chief called in sick, but nobody bothered to call us and let us know. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Very bad experience.

My husband and I are bummed that we can't give a higher rating but when someone is a no call no show then they don't deserve much. We drove 30 minutes out of our way
to meet the owner and we didn't even get a text to say that you couldn't make the meeting. Guess we weren't worthy of your services..

Update: family emergency. Forgiven, will give a 2nd chance .

Update: nothing..... Too bad, we were really wanting to give him a second chance and my husband had nothing but positive feedback. But its been almost a month and we've received nothing.

From estimate to completion David and his crew were more professional and helpful than we could have imagined. There were unforseen obstacles during this project, which was by no means a small one, and they handled them like the pro's they are. The follow up has been great and we hired them for another job which they have finished and the result was also fantastic.

As with most contractors, timeliness and communication was an issue. However, the high quality of the work more than made up for any other deficits. He didn't do the job quick and shoddy way. He did it the right way!Dave was also quite honest and fair with pricing. As evidenced by the before and after pictures he turned our yard of dirt and weeds into a peaceful oasis.

The owner of Jan J is so personable! His crew is the friendliest around, the guys come clean and presentable and ready to work, they get the job done right Everytime! I never have to worry about them not showing up for my weekly yard maintenance. I have used some of the other companies around town and I highly recommend J and J to everyone I know, they are the whole package, the real deal!

J and J did an excellent job getting rid of all the plants we didn't want and installing new ones.
They reworked the sprinkler system to handle the redesigned yard and added an additional zone as well.
They also installed 3 tons or red rubber mulch that we had purchased.
Great job guys!!!

We hired David and his team to landscape our front and back yard. They are very professional and always came on time. We had a tight budget for both projects and they were able to meet it. We are very happy with their work and will be recommending them to our friends.

David and his crew did WONDERFUL work for me. I added a first floor master suite to my home and when the job was done I needed a 60 foot long retaining wall. It is beautiful, well done, and with the few heavy rains we have had in the East Mountain slast month, it was put to a test. It PASSED with flying colors.

My contractor had torn up much of my "drip system," and J and J Landscape put in a whole new watering system around the house.

They also designed and completed some colored gravel landscaping AND delivered and spread gravel for my 200 foot long driveway and parking areas.

David and his crew were a joy to work with and I would certainly recommend J and J Landscape LLC.

These guys are wonderful! They came out in a timely manner and worked the entire time with complete dedication to their job. Taking no breaks. My yard was overrun with weeds and shrubs and they hand pulled the weeds and pruned back my shrubs to look beautiful. They are by far the best landscapers I've had work in my yard! I would recommend them to anyone!

I finally decided to landscape my eyesore of a backyard. The owner, David, took measurements and gave me an estimate very quickly. We scheduled the job and he kept in contact with me with updates throughout the installation. David and his crew worked hard & completed the job timely. Nothing but praise for this company! I highly recommend them and will use them when I am ready for phase 3! :)

David and his crew were great to work with. We LOVE our new backyard. They did gravel, drips, sprinklers, sod, plants, and trees for us. We found their prices reasonable and they were open to minor changes along the way. I would deinfitely hire J and J Landscape again!

I requested a quote from J&J Landscaping to perform work at a home I own in Albuquerque. They were courteous, timely and reasonable. What was most important for me is that they did exactly what they promised to do, when they promised to do it. The work was done with excellence and when I requested a couple of changes, I was provided with exactly what the changes would cost and how they would be done. And again, they did exactly what was promised, when it was promised. No surprises, no disappointments, just great work at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner.
