Capital Construction & Development are an excellent company to work with they definitely get the job done and work with you through and through. I 100% recommend Dante Padilla and his crew they make sure you are completely satisfied and explain everything to detail. Their prices are right and work with you anyway they can. If you are looking for an honest affordable company they are it!!!

Our experience with Capital construction was very smooth & professional . Dante Padilla & Nathan Medford came to our home asking to look at the condition of our roof due to a recent hale storm in our area , we did find excessive damage , I contacted our insurance Rep. He arrived the next day for his inspection. Dante and his job Forman were in constant contact with me from start to job completion . His entire crew were very respectful to me & our home , the removal of the old roof was clean not a one old nail was left on the ground. Note : after completion and capital's final inspection they left the site , my wife & i returned from town i climbed on the roof for my final assessment and was very pleased with the work done by Dante & his entire crew . Mountain Side worked with me on raising up the wall several blocks along our backyard. The turnaround time was incredible - Cuco gave me a quote in the morning, I said yes in the afternoon, and then Victor came out just a couple days later and finished the wall in one day. The wall turned out perfect. The photos on their website are exactly what you'll be getting regardless of the size of your project. Mountain Side was extremely professional and you would have never known they were at our property. I'll definitely be working with them again on future projects.

We're very happy with the work Mountain Side did replacing our driveway. They were prompt both to give us an estimate and to carry out the work after we agreed to the quote. There was good communication with us throughout the project, and when they said they would be at our house, they were. They did excellent work both demolishing and removing the old driveway and pouring the new one. No surprises, hiccups, or delays. Cleanup after the job was done was very good too.

A family owned business, very easy to work with. They completed a curb cut, poured concrete and installed pavers. They are very responsive, professional, and considerate. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, and did an amazing job on the project. I'll be hiring them for all future projects.

This was the first time I used Mountain Side and I plan on using them in the future. Timely response and very capable field personal. The owner and the foreman helped solve a drainage issue I was having on a very challending lot / driveway.

Mountain Side was contracted to replace a large portion of our 3 car driveway, and install a sidewalk and concrete slab behind the garage. We found their price to be competitive. They were prompt, we considered their work to be excellent. And, they did an excellent job site clean up after completion. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Great to work with. They came for quote quickly, quote was well formatted covering bases for contractor and homeowner. Work was completed timely and it looks great. Luis was phenomenol and made sure we would not be dissappointed with final product due to run off issues with water from the house. So glad we chose them to work with.

This is the third job Mountain Side has done for us. 2 Concrete Jobs, and the Restuccoed our whole house. All three Jobs were finished ahead of schedule, and expertly done. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. I am sure we will be using them in the future!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the Mountain Side Crew! They framed and poured 4” of new concrete on multilevel steps, landings and driveway pad. The framing was extensive. The crew was professional and courteous and kept a clean worksite. The day after my inquiry for an estimate, I received a quote. Work commenced within days and the job was completed within a week of the estimate. The cost was consistent with the estimate. The crew returned and welded and painted the handrails, cleaned the site, checked the work quality and touched up limited splashing. An excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I had Mountain Side Contractors take out my old crumbling concrete patio and then replace it with a new and expanded larger colored concrete patio. Can’t describe how much work that took and how hard they attacked it. 10 hour days in the heat and they were able to schedule it right away. When I had some scheduling conflicts with my job, they worked with me and got it done. The price was very reasonable and beat the competitors’ bids hands-down. Luis and his crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Very respectful of property, pets, and neighbors. They were so impressive, I had them remove all my grass/weeds in front yard too to prepare for some landscaping I’m going to do. They did a great job on that too and way better than I could’ve done myself. I’ll use them again for other work on my property in the future. Glad to know a reliable and good company in town for just about any job when I need it. Well done.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the employees I encountered! Upon estimate, he, I think it was Aldo, was professional, honest and knowledgeable. For example, he knew that it is important to install rebar on the extended driveway, and he told me the type of concrete they would be using. Aldo, responded quickly to emails which was amazing, and it really helped to expedite the job I so looked forward to getting done.
The crew showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do as they collaborated with me to make the job just right. All of them Aldo, Luis and the rest were focused, skilled and professional. I am happy beyond belief, and I can truly say that having hired several contractors since 1995, this experience to have concrete installed, was exceptional and I have to say the best encounters and result!!! In addition to the above message, they were so amazing I hired them to do another job! Again, the precision, the professionalism, the quality is beyond compare. I was so impressed that they were ALWAYS on time and on pour day, they had the concrete poured, even before I left the house early morning. I could not believe how efficient they were. They are expert!!! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a contractor who will provide the highest quality and most trustworthy work possible. They did a great job at an excellent price. We had a very irregular cement pathway to our door that was a trip-hazard. Mountain Side gave us 2 quotes - one for a smaller fix (& much smaller price) of a single slab that may or may not meet our approval and another for a complete removal and replacement job for 4 times as much. They did a fantastic job on the smaller/cheaper option and saved us a lot of money. That's good character and workmanship! Thanks!
