The level of communication, follow-up, scheduling and attention to detail in the work was unparalleled. It was not the least expensive estimate we received but, with roofing, you get what you pay for and their guarantee was the best in the business. It didn't hurt that we received unsolicited and full throated recommendations from several neighbors who wouldn't use anyone else. Put us in that category going forward!

Zachary and his colleagues were an absolute pleasure to work with. Every step of the way, he assisted us and answered all of our questions. You did an excellent job on our new roof, gutters, and clean-up. Green Mountain comes highly recommended by us.

I truly can't say enough about them. They replaced my roof about 3 yrs ago, and I discovered a leak above a window that I'd had replaced last year by another company They were skeptical it was a roof issue, but nonetheless were here within an hour on a Monday morning in the rain to recaulk it, which of course wasn't their responsibility. In addition, they've come out each of the past two years to do a complimentary inspection. I am so pleased with their work and so glad I went with them!

Green Mountain was absolutely a dream to work with. They helped me through the process with my insurance, which made everything go so much more smoothly. I really appreciated that they brought all their contractor information including their license and bonding number when they came to give the estimate. The work is good, and they even managed to get it done ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise.

I am totally impressed with this company. From the roof estimate done by Zachary and the relationship with the Project Manager Almanzo and the work guided by Javier, the foreman on the project, it was well organized. Constant communication let me know when they were coming and they were on time which is always a big plus. They found the electrician that was needed because the electrical had to be to code and the swamp coolers raised up by 8 inches to raise the roof to prevent pooling of water. Everyone was very professional. I was even more impressed when at the end of each work day, tired as they may have been from working in the hot sun, they picked up any trash or material remnants and then blew the whole yard out, front and back. That was really going the extra mile. If I sent an email, I got an immediate response from Almanzo relative to my question. And when I asked to have pictures of my roof taken since I don't go up on the roof, he did that and sent them to me. I have no reservations about recommending this company. They did a complete and thorough job and I was completely satisfied with every aspect and every person I encountered. Great Company--I couldn't be happier!

We had Green Mountain update our stucco. We are extremely pleased with the result. It is absolutely beautiful and looks stunning. They did a great job cleaning up and protecting our landscaping near the house.

Local company that's not going anywhere. Hired them to remove old tar and gravel roof and replace with TPO. The installation was not done very professionally at first but they agreed to keep sending the crew back out until it was right. Since then there have been a couple of minor warranty issues and they always respond immediately and take care of it cheerfully. I hear horror stories about roofing companies that don't back their work but these guys are dependable. Would recommend.

The roof is beautiful. I am so pleased. Green Mountain was great from start to finish. I needed a whole new roof due to wind and hail damage, and a bad leak on the enclosed porch. I also needed to have the damage assessed quickly in order to file the insurance claim on a policy that was about to expire. GMCI came out immediately to look at the roof and gave me an estimate the next day. Zach, the owner, arrived on time, was personable and professional, and explained the process to me. Other than my call to file the claim, GMCI handled all interactions with the insurance company. They even covered my deductible! Jolene, the GMCI insurance specialist, kept me up to date on the insurance process, when to expect the checks, etc. GMCI met the adjuster when he came to examine the roof to make sure he saw the same damage GMCI had seen in order to make an accurate evaluation. Almanzo, the scheduler, let me me know when to expect the roofing crew and approximately how long it would take to complete the job. The crew arrived on time, took care to cover bushes and yard, worked very hard in blistering heat, cleaned up at the end of each day, and notified me when they were leaving. Other than the noise of ripping off shingles and putting on the new roof they were relatively quiet. Very professional and polite.

Superior service! On time, very pleasant, super quick and extremely tidy! I especially appreciated their professionalism - when my A/C stopped working when they were installing my roof, instead of being dismissive, they took my concern seriously and brought in their electrician to check it out. Even though it was unrelated to the roof installation he had it fixed the same day and I was only charged for his time. Outstanding customer service. They have my highest recommendation!

Almanzo came out very quickly and did and inspection and generated a quote for roof replacement. They were very timely in getting the work started and completed on time. They responded to every inquiry I had to, always followed up, were always polite, very helpful and patient when I made inquiries, and they went out of their way to work with my insurance company directly. Once that was worked out with the insurance company, Green Mountain worked quickly to get the job done and kept me up to date at all times. Highly recommend!

I have been extremely pleased with the roof - went with a TPO membrane. Coordinated installation with a cooler replacement. Both companies worked great together. The total experience was exceptional, with great quality service, wonderful cost, and a highly competent staff. When I required a new roof, Green Mountain was fantastic to work with. As a result of wind and hail damage, as well as a significant leak on the covered porch, I needed an entirely new roof.

Recently I called to request that they repair some damaged shingles and also seal some penetrations prior to selling the home. Zach and his crew were professional, friendly and respectful in their approach to the installation process for our new roof. They gave assurance and remained connected with us throughout the process. They also cleaned after each visit. For example, the pressure washing process left dirt deposits on our windows. They cleaned the windows before they left for the day. I would highly recommend them and use Green Mountain Contractors for maintenance and other home repairs!

I interviewed several roofing contractors and was impressed with the owner of Green Mountain Contractors who personally showed up on time and went over the various options for dealing with my flat roof house. Our house, even though it is only 11 years old had a substandard modified bitumen roof. Based on the different scenarios for fixing it, I went with the silicone roofing system offered by GMC. The work was performed by a very dedicated and knowledgeable crew, at the agreed upon price, and has an excellent warranty. The crew arrived on time each day ready for work and at the end of each day left the site clean.
We are very happy we went with Green Mountain and would highly recommend them!

Green mountain contractors were quick and easy to work with. The estimate process was easy and hassle free. Work started on my roof prompt and on the agreed upon date, which was a Monday and was finished on a Thursday afternoon (which was earlier than promised). They kept in contact with me throughout the replacement of the roof to make sure they answered any of my questions. They also coordinated some interior repair of my damaged drywall. this too was fast, easy, and done very well. I would recommend green mountain contractors to anyone looking to get a new roof. It’s five stars all the way for Green Mountain Contractors! They recently replaced my old spray foam roof with a new TPO roof and they did a great job. There were a number of ways I could go with my roof, and Zach was very helpful in sorting out the options. I had many questions and he was very patient in answering them all! The Green Mountain crew that did the work was amazing. They worked incredibly long and hard every day, and they got the job done much quicker than I expected. They also did a great job cleaning things up at the end of each day and at the end of the job, which was no small task since they had to remove two old roofs. Almanzo oversees the jobs in progress, and he came by every day to see how things were going and to give me an update. Green Mountain has a great team of professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Green Mountain Contractors installed a metal roof on my house in October 2020. The crew was polite, professional, showed up when scheduled, completed the project by the anticipated date, cleaned up each day & were a joy to work with. I love the metal roof & have no regrets about replacing the shingled roof. Most recently, I discovered what I thought to be a roof leak in my garage. Jolene, in the GMCI office, was very responsive & had a foreman scheduled to check my roof the very next day. I am so grateful to report that my roof is perfectly fine. The foreman & his assistant discovered a container of ice melt pellets that had exploded & was slowly melting, causing the apparent leak. I'm sure they had a good laugh about it but were polite, professional & showed empathy in my moment of embarrassment. Thank you, GMCI, for saving the day, resolving "the leak", & being so responsive.
