Craig, Mario, Carlos, and their entire team turned an existing dining room into another bedroom for our family. This including tearing out, building walls, electrical work, reflooring, and completing the drywall/spackle/paint. They did a fantastic job. It was not the cheapest bid we got, but I felt that I got great value. I am happy to pay craftsmen their worth in exchange for quality work that will no doubt add value and functionality for years to come. They were friendly, professional, focused and great at working with the county permitting folks. Highly recommended!

I called Home Modification Solutions and talked to Gabrielle who was very friendly and understood what I needed. Zak then came to my home who was very intelligent and understood all my safety needs and got me a price to install a walk in shower on my tub, and a few days later Joseph installed the tub to shower conversion with safety bars and it looks beautiful. No more tripping or raising my legs high to get in the tub. Gabrielle, Zac and Joseph are very friendly and professional and do excellent work.

Zac did an amazing job putting in my walk in shower to meet my handicap abilities. I would recommend his services to everyone. He did an awesome job putting in and cleaning up. He was very polite and understood my needs and went above and beyond expectations.

Home Modification Solutions came through for me when I needed a closet built quickly. They fit it into their schedule so that electricians were able to mount some light switches on the wall of the new closet right before the drywall was finished. George was quick with the framing and laser sighted it for accuracy. Drew finished the drywall and made it look great; he also cleaned up nicely. This project was finished within a month of the first visit to gather information for the bid; no other company that I called could move that fast.

We had ADA renovations done by Joseph V. Joseph was incredibly respectful and attentive. He continuously updated us throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure any questions were answered. We were expecting the renovations to take multiple days. Yet, we were proven wrong by his efficient work and it was done the same day. We are extremely satisfied by the work done and flexibility. Thank you!

I can see why this company has 5 star reviews. Zak Chavez did a shower makeover for my mother's home and to say we both were impressed with his work would be an understatement. He was friendly, respectful, professional, and he cleaned up after himself-like vacuumed and spot mopped cleaned up. I have never seen mindfulness like this when it comes to any home renovations. Zak did an amazing job on these Low Effort Stairs for my father. The work is solid, we were given clear instructions on care/maintenance, and he left the area cleaner than when he started. He was polite and even helped when their caregiver had flat tire. All around satisfied with Zak and HMS and would highly recommend them for accessibility adaptations for your elderly loved ones.

I was very please with HMS and the process of including me in on decisions the remodel. John discussed my needs and managed the Master bathroom remodel project to make it ADA compliant. I began with Ken Duke drafting the new ADA design and than John, James, Eric and other team members executing the work. They were friendly, prepared workspace to protect floors and cut down dust and cleaned up after work. They were prompt in arriving on time and informing me of each day's work. The end result was beautiful, functional with greater safety and ease to get around by wheelchair, walker, scooter or just walking

I recently had a ramp installed in the front of my house for my front door. Jose was absolutely awesome from start to finish!! His workman ship was excellent, professional, and looked great!!! I am so elated by the ADA renovation service of my bathroom. Joseph arrived promptly, very congenial and professional. His work was meticulous, which reflects his and HMS's work ethic. Beginning with the bidding process, they explained and answered all my questions. You could see their delight while planning out the renovation. After interviewing a few renovation specialists, I chose HMS, and I am glad I did. Their remodel specialist assigned to me, Joseph V., he put the ice cream on the cake, bringing the plan to fruition.
