I recently had a walk-in shower installed by Zak for my elderly grandmother, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Zak arrived on time and is both professional and polite. Throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the installation, which was especially appreciated giving my grandmother's age. His patience, kindness and trustworthy nature made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable. It's rare to find someone so courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I waited three hours for an appointment today and they never showed up. Home Advisor was no help either

They gave me a quote for a couple of projects on our home. I asked for a clarification of the quote but even after a couple of follow-up emails, I never heard from them again.
Very unprofessional!

I was really pleased with the way our bathroom remodel turned out. They were very helpful and informative during the process and completed the job in just a couple days!

I called and scheduled an estimate. They came out, looked at the project and said an estimate would be emailed in a few days. After 3 weeks I called and was told the estimator would be in touch the same day. Never heard from them again. That was a week ago.

Just had some concrete completed by Dave and his crew! Everyone was super polite and friendly returned all of my calls and did an AMAZING Job. Will be looking to have them do a covered patio soon as well. Thank You Guys!!!!

They remodeled both of my bathrooms within the last year and I am very happy with the way they turned out. Their workers re very professional and always willing to change anything that I wanted done. Office staff always very helpful. I would highly recommend their services for any job large or small.

2 Vets Construction did an amazing job on the tile work I requested for my parents! They we’re very professional and cost effective! They do very clean work and the results look amazing! I would recommend 2 Vets to anyone!

Very disappointed! We had an appointment for them to come and give an estimate. They showed up on time and everything looked to be going smoothly. This was on a Thursday and they said we would have the estimate by Tuesday. That was almost a month ago. My wife called a couple of times and were originally told that the estimator had a family emergency, but now we can't even get them to call us back. Don't waste your time.

These guys are great. They installed some tile and stone at our house. Very professional and top notch quality. They make sure the job is done right and to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them for what ever home improvement project you have in mind.

Unfortunately I have to echo what many others have expressed. As a VET, I wanted to support this business by having them do a complete renovation on my rental property. After several calls to to them, I never received a call back. And yes it’s the correct number as I left messages after the voicemail identified the company. I even went to their Web page and filled out the contact information and provided an email and phone number to reach me...crickets....sadly I have moved on to another contractors to get estimates.

I have used 2 Vets Construction for multiple projects in my home, including framing, cabinets, and tiling. Each time they have done an outstanding job, especially on the tile work. The customer service has always been great for me. Always happy to give business to a vet owned organization.

Dave was prompt & efficient in estimating my hail-damaged roof replacement; and the work was scheduled one week out at our request. Dave's crew was great, finishing the roof in 2 days. Can't thank Rebecca, Dave, and crew enough - a superb job at a great price!

2 Vets replaced our roof after it was hail damaged. They gave us a quick estimate, required paperwork for the insurance company and promptly scheduled start of work. The superintendent and crew was responsive to our 'punchlist' during and upon completion of the job.
We will certainly recommend and consider 2Vets for future projects.

As a vet myself, I support Vet owned business. They showed up for the estimate on time no problem. The big problem, which I see what most of their negative reviews are saying is having to constantly call and ask them to send you the estimate. After calling 4 times, I got a verbal estimate, but insurance companies don't care about verbals. Never got my written, even though the verbal estimate was high..I was still gonna use them. I'm not sure if they are just super busy or something. If they don't get more staff or correct this problem, it might doom them.
