Honestly, they were slightly busy, so I'm taking that into consideration, however, I don't think it has ever taken so long to ring somebody up for a single prepackaged item in my life. But the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

This was my first time getting supplies from Geaybar. I needed an item that was backordered by the manufacturer. The staff was able to locate them at other branch stores. When I picked them up everyone I came in contact with greeted me. They seemed to be enjoying themselves as they worked. Michael even checked current availability for the product in case I need more. Overall it was a great experience. Great job!

I needed something the next day. They made a mistake putting in the order and it would arrive three days too late. I had to cancel it.

It wasn't just me. The day I was in the store placing my order, I heard them explaining to another customer how they made a mistake with him. They sent him a text saying the entire order had arrived, when actually only a few items were there. I could tell he was frustrated by the wasted trip; I would have been too.

Everyone is professional and helpful; to get a better rating from me, they also need to get it right.

You won't find be another company you go to and get overcharged for a product like this place. If you don't have sufficient funds don't spend your money here. I mean more than sufficient funds because they will overcharge. Every time they even post a sign saying so. And then blame it on the bank ridiculous. The management is ridiculous and refused to take returns.

Terrible. They would lead people on promising you the job. Then don’t even have the professionalism to call you back and let you know you were not awarded the job. I’ll be sure to not recommend no one to go here for work or purchases. Grade -F

Literally everything they touched had to be redone.

Upgraded electrical box? Didn't pass inspection (they ran the electric line right up against the gas).

For some reason, they replaced my EV charger with one that I could not use, so I had to have them come out to put the original back in. Don't know why they needed to swap that out.

Anyway--save yourself the time and use someone else. You'll have to at some point anyway.
