Parking in a handicap spot is just disgusting behavior! You are a company in no situation is it ok to park there teach your lazy employees better. Don't work with them they clearly don't care about human decency

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either but out of 6 companies they were the best. Very professional, explained everything they were doing. Had the new AC and heater in place and set up in four hours. Awesome company can't say that enough. Highly recommend.

Within a couple hours of me calling, CEM came out to our house and got us a quote later that day. Three days later they were on site installing the new unit. They were responsive, courteous and did the work for a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Wow. I live in an apartment complex. Carlisle was here immediately after phoning my air conditioning request. They changed out my thermostat and tweaked my outside unit and gave me an education about not turning my thermostat all at once to freeze up my unit. Love the people at Carlisle. Hired them to install an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. After two days and several hours the technicians said they could not install the Smart Thermostat.They charged me 285.00 dollars for their inability to complete the installation any way. A 20 year old with just a high school education ask to try. He worked with Ecobee and completed the installation of the Smart Thermostat in less than an hour. I paid him $100 dollars. Double what he requested. I won't use Carlisle anymore.

They came within 30 min after my apartment office called about my AC. They were nice, quick, informative about my AC and how to run it appropriately to avoid a shutdown. Most important of all, my dog liked them. I wish I had their names to give recognition.

Luke and his crew are absolutely amazing. They ran a gas line to my kitchen for a gas range. Work was clean, professional, done right the first time and finished when promised. It’s hard to find, and believe sometimes, but Carlile is honest, polite, clean, professional, fair, and there is no added BS. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done, how it needs to be done to be done right, and they go above and beyond. Simply the best. I recommend them to everyone I know. Luke and his team are great. They helped us at our home and our rental home, both very good experiences.
