B&D is the absolute best! We’ve been using them for years for our business and personal!

Sunday night after Thanksgiving our refrigerator (and coffee maker) stopped operating.....thought this was a major problem...called B and D...they offered emergency service that night or first thing Monday morning...Figured (correctly as it turned out) if we kept fridge door closed food would be safe...Chris arrived right at 7 am Monday...introduced himself at the front door...wore mask (much appreciated)...quickly ascertained the problem is that the GFI had tripped...he hit the reset button, checked the voltage in the fridge and coffee sockets and voila! everything worked. .Chris was most courteous, efficient, and explained what had happened. I would recommend B and D and thank Chris for an outstanding job.

Had to install all new hot and cold water lines after 2 water leaks under our foundation. B&D sent their crew, including Jon Zierau. They have done a terrific job. Super clean, super professional, amazing they saved us so much time and money. Make sure you ask for the crew, including Jon Zierau. They will amaze you.

I had an electrical emergency and called them because of the good reviews here. I was told that they submitted a work order, but then waited most of the day and received no calls back from anyone. I called them a total of 3 times to follow up and no one ever bothered to call me or show up at all. Obviously, I do not recommend this company!

Devin T. did a 110% job and was very fast and friendly. He was right on time and there was no wait period at all. His professionalism showed and everything works great. Your phone operators were also really friendly and patient over the phone.

My house was recently effected by a huge windstorm which ripped the electrical meters from the wall. B&D was the only company who responded and diligently worked to resolve the issue before any other company was even able to return my call. The worked through the day and stayed in contact with PNM to ensure we wouldn’t go another night without power. The workers that came out to the job were knowledgeable, courteous and highly motivated to ensure quality customer service.

Called in a service to BD. Elderly mother with low income had her lighting go out in part of her house. They sent out a service man. He took 3-4 hours trying to find the issue. I called her fiancée and he told the service man to check the gfci in the garage. That’s the first thing we showed him when he came. He pushed the button and the electricity turned back on. These people charged her close to $400 for a fix we did eventually. SMH

The washing machine kept overflowing, plus we requested that the plumbing for our entire facility (3,200 square feet!) be inspected and cleaned if necessary since it's an old building. Our clean out caps were also checked and ended up needing to be replaced. The tech was on time, checked every single thing (including going up into crawl spaces), and ran the washing machine multiple times once he'd cleaned the drain just to make sure it was truly clear. He thoroughly explained the work needed before actually performing it so we'd know what we were paying for, and he left no mess behind once it was completed. Excellent service and their prices are very, very reasonable; I can't recommend them more highly!

Outstanding diagnostics, repair, and customer service. B&D had someone out within an hour on a Saturday morning for an emergency burst hot water fitting in a wall. Wyatt was the service tech and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wyatt did a complete inspection of the situation and also found a small cold water leak in the crawlspace that could have been a disaster down the road. He fixed this too. Called them on a recommendation and now B&D is my go-to company for plumbing, electrical, and construction. Follow-up after the repair was a nice touch.

I recently engaged B&D Industries to repair my faulty water heater. They diagnosed and executed the repair in under an hour. I also had them correct some problems with the original installation to bring everything up to code. I received a Green Tag from the city inspector on 9/20/19. From troubleshooting to repair to inspection, all of their work was really first rate. I highly recommend contacting them for any of your plumbing service needs.

These guys really do it all. Chris and Clayton were so courteous, clean and professional, and found a way to install a dedicated electrical outlet and also a pathway for the power and audio cords in our living room wall with no drywall damage whatsoever!
Also they noticed we had a TV and TV mount to install so they offered to compete the whole installation for me. They did an amazing job and even asked me to ensure the TV was at the right height from different angles in the room. Awesome job guys, and absolutely would recommend them!

I called to get some help with a hot water loop issue looked at. I didn't hear from them for a week. I called a second time. They sent a supervisor out that couldn't find the issue. I still have the issue. They are quick to put in a bid on work that hasn't been identified. Office staff were rude and un professional. I will not let them back on my property. I hope you have better luck.

I had a late night leak in pluming to my water heater. Called several companies and the response was, its a flat $XX just to go out with no indication of cost up front. Not even ballpark. B&D is different, they are up front, honest and a pleasure to work with. The dispatcher walked me through immediate mitigation as I sent pictures to his phone, the plumber was extremely professional, and the financial support was excellent. There is definitely something embedded in the culture of this company that screams customer service. I won't hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend.

I called B&D to get a quote to replace a 75 gallon water heater that was very difficult to access and required great skill and expertise to replace. From start to finish, I was greatly impressed with everyone I interacted with at B&D. They did an excellent job with the work itself, and were very enjoyable to work with. Also, I called three other well known companies in town, and B&D's overall proposal and price were much better than everyone else. I will definitely contact B&D for any future needs I have, and I highly recommend them!

B&D Service team came out and repaired a recurring sewer clog. So grateful for the prompt and professional service!

BEWARE! My family hired B&D Industries to come fix a plumbing problem in our home. We were given a estimate that it would take 2 days to complete the job. This morning when the tech arrived; however, the job only took 2 hours. We were charged as if it took the tech the entire two days ($1300+). It took the entire day (and multiple calls from us, because they didn't follow up over the phone) to get a refund of the difference. Make sure you get a good, accurate estimate because apparently that is how this company decides what you will be charged, rather than the time that the job actually needed.

Our little shared well HOA Community had a main water leak. B&D had done great work for us before so I called them. They had someone out within a couple hours and quickly they had the full crew and equipment on site to perform the repair. This promptness was much appreciated as we had 10 houses down. Thank you B&D!

We had a couple of LG systems installed by B&D, & it was a great experience. Our satisfaction was their top priority. The installers were on time everyday, polite; a great group of gentlemen. When I called the office, the ladies I spoke to were very kind. I will not hesitate to recommend B&D to my friends, & they will be the first place I call when I need work done. I highly recommend them!!

I've spoken with a lady at the sales dept. in which I've asked to do a bid outside of the contract that they have through Albuquerque Public School. She spoke with her management team and they address her to have me contact our Maintenance and Operations department through Albuquerque Public Schools. I've already talked to Albuquerque Public Schools and they said to contact a Electrician vendor to service our issue. In my case I called B&D industries and I let them know that I need services to be done on a "SEPERATE CONTRACT" from what B&D Industries and Albuquerque Public School has. So, who ever is in charge of relaying this information to the lady who is just doing her job is a entitled jerk due to the fact that I've asked to speak with them directly and that person didn't want to come on the line to help me get the services I need. I guess going above and beyond doesn't fit this company. I'll be contacting another commercial electric business and I would not be going to them for any future related issues that could have benefited them thousands of dollars.

Not only was it way too expensive but I had the guy replace my pads in my Breezair cooler as part of the job. He couldn't even do that right. I had to go round behind him and redo all the pads because he didn't push the washers that go over these spikes that hold those pads to the frame on far enough and I had to redo all four pads myself. I think the only other thing he did was put on a solenoid valve and it was $733. And this was yet another company that didn't find the problem. I had bought aftermarket pads a couple years ago and they were all coming apart and had clogged up the water distribution system which I ended up finding myself. That was the problem in the first place. NEVER hiring this company again.
